Thanks for this Adam video, have seen many parts of it but not all. The part about him having to keep his "secret" must have been really difficult and confusing to him. In a way, he was 'luckier' because he never mentioned at all about being bullied. Probably, he was fierce enough to stand up to bullies by his sheer willpower and yes height; lol! taller than his schoolmates, I believe; and also because he was talented. He spoke so clearly and his pronunciation pretty accurate, even when he was saying...h,i,j,k...and when he spoke with a microphone...very good training given him and as we can see, he needed that; till this present day. Yes Adam has given a real face and voice to gay children and even adults. Wow! not easy at all. And that's probably why glamberts love him; now we view him not just as a once-in-a-lifetime singer but also a simple, ordinary, kind person that everyone identifies with. Not ordinary by a mile. lol! I also think it's good to tell children that it's okay to be who or what they are but I'd take it one step more...instil strength in their minds and maybe suggest ways how to deal with bullies, such as let someone they trust know about the bullying rather than keeping it a secret. Bullies usually choose someone smaller, shy and deemed by them to be weaker or defenceless.

I have not heard Marc Martel sing with Queen at all so since you mentioned him, I got to a video called Marc Martel vs Adam Lambert singing Bohemian Rhapsody. Marc Martel has a fantastic opera voice; like Adam, he projects it with a lot of power. I think why Brian and Roger chose Adam, could be due to the all-rounder factor i.e. Adam's stage persona and fashions depict Freddie a lot more spectacularly and dramatically on stage. Both their voices are extremely powerful but when it came to the spine-chilling high notes, Marc lost out by a pretty big margin. He admires Adam's abilities. If I remember right, Lady Gaga was supposed to sing with Queen too. Whoa, Adam is hard to beat. :)

Adam is so un-selfconscious and genuine, both as a child and as a man. He's just a natural star, period. Love that red-headed innocence. Thank God his parents put him in Children's Theater!

Folks aren't gonna wanna hear this, but Adam belongs on stage. No where else. He's too good for that pop crap he wants to sing. Trespassing wasn't a hit because the music was ordinary. Adam is lowering himself by doing it!

I don't think Trespassing was ordinary at all. This was Adam expressing his soul and I very much appreciated him letting us in to what makes him tick. I also loved For Your Entertainment - nothing ordinary about that either. Of course Adam has an extraordinary voice and we would all like to hear his voice explode, but this is Adam's time to be "himself" and he deserves it. I believe a time will come and Adam will explore more areas of his voice in different venues, but for now, he's living his dream as an International Pop Star nancdruuu2
