And I'm always thinking how lucky I am to be in the Adam Lambert era.

JAK here....I think one of the reasons I have such a passion for music is because I have no talent for it. A questionable voice and so poorly coordinated I never mastered any instrument. My left hand seems impossible to work in tandem with the right. I studied piano and can read music and play quite well with right hand, but as soon as left joins in the whole thing go kaput.

It's not just studying that will do it, if you can make beautiful music it must come from within you. What a blessing it must be to make an instrument sing and soar.

Adam took piano lessons as a child but said he just couldn't wrap his head around it. He discovered voice and the rest is history.
