Ha, ha kurt's fantasy, all these people watching his band singing and dancing down the aisle and him perched on the bar and I heard there is really only one person who shows up at the real gig.

Well, Adam fits into the Glee student group really well, as a handsome young student. This is quite at home for Adam, reminds me of his AIS8 tour when he sang, Don't Stop Believing; and their version gave a lot more punch than the Glee version at that time. So actually it turns out to be a rather smooth transition from AI to Glee as far as the group singing goes. But Adam stands out as a soloist; that's where he arrests your complete attention. I wonder what would have happened to Glee if in fact Adam had been accepted into the Glee cast right from the beginning, instead of being told he was too old for the part of a student. Adam might have scaled it a lot higher and Glee's popularity remained high. Or perhaps Adam might not have gotten the world's attention that quickly and probably I won't be writing here every day about him, lol! because I was not into Glee. Now I seem to pay much more attention, but mostly on Adam and how his Starchild Elliot character developes, in relation to the Glee cast as well.

OT: did anyone see the voice when james worpert on adam levines team sang Queen (someone to love)he actually did really well and Adam Levine said you need to sing with Queen, no-one can do that today (something like that) I love my adam Levine but I wanted to yell through my TV DID you know adam lamberts sings with Queen and IMO no-one can top him Ok I vented lol,

Well I had watched AI since Season 2 quite by accident because my tv watching is randomly. I was not particularly interested at that time until by chance Clay Aiken caught my attention. His rendition of Bridge Over Troubled Waters got me hooked a bit. But same old, same old story, he didn't win. After that I sort of casually carried on watching AI and then Adam came with his Mama! lol! Actually it was, I Want To Rock With You, first and Simon looked pretty perplexed and Adam feeling jittery, quickly asked if he could sing another one. But even at this point, he didn't actually knock me off my feet; lol! because it was just a couple of minutes. Okay to be precise, in the group round, Adam sang Cher's I Believe In Love followed by a very sassy group number where he displayed his rock scream, whoa! I thought, what was that! in a song, Some Kind Of Wonderful. Kara said: Your voice is incredible and Simon said: Terrific, very very good to the group, mostly Adam's effort. And so at Satisfaction, I declared him Winner of AIS8! Actually, it was the S8 Finale that fuelled me to write something I had to get off my chest; not only did Adam not win, a lot of anti-sentiments soon followed and I was up in arms fighting for Adam till this day. lol! Whoa, what a long and arduous journey. So to answer your question, how Adam got my attention, it was on American Idol; specifically at the Cher's Believe song and Some Kind Of Wonderful group performance audition.
Yes, Singapore shows American Idol since its inception. Also I get Glee on Starworld back to back with AI. So I think AI and Glee will start in January 2014; I believe due to transactions between Sing and Fox, I think.
