I totally agree!! This is so incredible!! The heeps of praise Queenbert is getting!!
I am so happy :)))
I just left a comment at the bottom of the article. Feel free to do the same! (Let's "dilute" some nasty comments by not even acknowledging they exist)
Keep those awesome reviews coming in!

I mean just crazy proud of him. Forget the nasties they are sad people. Adam is such a wonderful talent and perfect for Queen.
I'm so happy by these excellent reviews! I knew Adam would be amazing along with the iconic Queen members! Sooo looking forward to my concert in July!!
Very good review from RS, considering that they are very stingy with any overly positive comments about almost anybody. They really acknowledge Adam's voice, though, that's for sure! That's the most important thing. And they loved the outfits. Good going, RS. You gave credit where credit due.

One more thing, my sisters attended the show last night and sat next to someone who said she is on 24/7 regularly. She told them her tag name is Cheri. Are you here on this site, Cheri? If so, you may be the one talked about Adam with my sisters last night. They said you were a real Glambert just like me!

I loved the RS article - very positive. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of reading some of the comments below. Many were, of course, very positive, but so many were ugly about Adam, not being Freddie, etc. I finally gave up and will not read the comments sections anymore of these articles. Just wish those haters would just live in the past and let the rest of us enjoy the excitement of NOW with Queen+Adam!!!
Just read Rolling Stone review of Chicago opening. So stunning. Queen to release new album...We waited for 5 years for this. Now more than ever, more and more people will experience and know what we have always known. Adam is...well, you know!
Has me speechless again.

Adam will probably always have a handful of jealous haters. He is above those haters, as if they do not exist. They may one day realize that hate "kills" the spirit, and harms the body and soul, and does not touch Adam in the least!
4.53 so agree. They only hurt themselves. They miss a lot in life living in their own hateful little bubbles of jealousy. They can say all they want their not jealous with their words. But it is exsactly what they are. Also I don't think they are all old Queen fans or Freddy fans some are what's left of the fans of some idols. They want to tear at Adam as much as possible. Wonder how they think that improves who their fans of career it does not. Adam had his ups and downs never downed anyone and just kept in working and striving for what he wanted. It's now coming and I am very proud of him and he has worked hard. If any one thinks doing these big concerts and tv shows so on is easy try it, it's lots of work. While some were saying don't seeing him doing much he was abroad working on an album in the studio working. Moving into a new house doing Glee, sound tracks and on and on. While they are spending valuable time running him down he accomplishing a lot. Also getting ready for what now is a very nicely reviews summer tour that's going to surprise and amaize many with his talent like it did last night. Again so proud of this guy Adam Lambert. Sue
For a rock magazine of RS fame and status I found the article a bit lame... Maybe they were trying not to upset the die hard Freddie and 'old school' Queen fans...
"He is no Freddie, but"... How many times those words have been uttered... so repetitive and lacking originality & imagination! The same with the idiotic word so often used in this context = "replace"... No one has tried or is trying to replace Freddie... And furthermore it's impossible to replace a dead man, a legend while alive, a bigger legend because he's long gone... Some of these rock journalists should grow a pair and dare to write with edge, have some cojones like Brian and Roger, who are older (than those writers and fans living in the past) but so much younger, innovative abd accepting @heart!
@lmb - so happy to see your tag after such a long time. Cant believe the coincidence of me just calling you! @5:39 - that line "He is no Freddie but ..." is getting tiresome to me as well. . . . Adamluv
I've essentially stopped reading the comments section of Rolling Stone (and some other publications/blogs) when it comes to Queen + Adam.. There are ALWAYS a dedicated few people who comment negatively no matter WHAT or WHO an article is about.. The article could be writing about Mother Teresa and they would find snarky and mean things to say... Seriously.. Nothing anyone says will change their minds so best not to engage them in conversation.. It just encourages further disrespect and snark.. I'd encourage leaving a POSITIVE comment tho!!! We know Adam is worthy... and that will become more evident to more people as time goes by.. Dr. Brian May has already told those who insist upon complaining about having Adam singing with them "Bye bye.."..
I just got back from Chicago tonight....( I live in MN).
I was there, in the audience with my husband and it was PHENOMENAL for us!!! The thought and detail that these guys put into everything really prevailed!
The music of the band from the band, and Adam's magnificent vocals penetrated my heart and soul. Adam was more beautiful than ever, as you can see from the footage/pics. He also seemed very much at ease with the new music....so professional, as always. It was surreal for us. The crowd was very mixed, as expected, and I could pick out so many Glamberts, as they were wearing the theme colors/prints that Adam shared with us.
DRG....I also had the privilege to sit next to your sisters!!! I was so excited to see today that it was you, one that I have read comments for years on this site, were the "crazy about Adam" sister-friend"!!! Your sisters are very nice people, as you are as well:) Barbara, if you are out there reading this...I did blow a kiss to Adam on your behalf, truly I did, as requested. OK, sorry to ramble ....just had one night I will never forget!!!! Peace, Cheri xo
@Cheri - thanks for the review. What did your husband think about the show? Great reading reviews here at 24/7 of fans that actually were there. . . . Adamluv
