This reminds me of a Biblical quote: "Thou shalt not have strange gods before me." And also a quote from Gandhi that we must not make an Idol out of a person. I guess Adam is Idol to millions...whatever the Bible or Gandhi, say. lwl! Perhaps I'm a believer of the former...I don't treat or feel Adam as my Idol; just a very creative, humble, original artist/singer. The part I love most about Adam is he does not copy! Yes we can base our creations/innovations on other people's ideas but each of us is given a brain...use it before it gets mundane and rusty. Oh I have nothing against this soulful looking man in the picture for saying Adam is his Idol.
Super cute pic of Adam and fans after the show last night (sounds like Dad was/is in WWRY):

A moment I will treasure forever. My kids meeting my hero, @DrBrianMay,who changed my life. Humbled. @STEPHIEKB01 pic.twitter.com/LzA4qgrqaW
I think the young man was referring to Adam as being his favorite Idol.......naturally not in a Biblical sense. Adam is certainly my favorite of all the idol contestants.....so I believe this fellow is using his brain wisely and his judgement is 'sharp as a tack!'
Appendix to my above comment: The nice man endearing himself with reference to Adam as his Idol...is a totally different meaning/context from the biblical one. Didn't think I needed to explain.
