ROB WELLS INTERVIEW: PRODUCER FOR JUSTIN BIEBER, ADAM LAMBERT!

Rob Wells is an award-winning producer/songwriter based in Toronto with a mile long list of credits filled with the who’s who of today’s music business. Some highlights include everybody’s favourite pop sensation Justin Bieber, Adam Lambert – who is now on tour as the singer for Queen’s comeback tour and several others including Cyndi Lauper, Selena Gomez, Backstreet Boys, Mika and so many more.
I’m sure by now he has an entire room dedicated to awards received including first place in numerous songwriting competitions, SOCAN #1 awards, gold, platinum & multi-platinum certifications.
We had an amazing conversation with Rob where he opened up about what makes him tick when deciding which indie artists we will work with and incredible stories from behind the scenes, including one about a song that was constantly rejected before getting cut by the Backstreet Boys.

So is this Adams new producer?
The last we heard his producer was Max Martin, at least for the tracks he worked on in Sweden for 2 months earlier this year...
Rob Wells was a past producer.... The article mainly talks about those artists Rob Wells has worked with..
Interesting that Adam was mentioned in the main titles... He's a hot commodity right now, touring with Queen and all..

Different songs on one album can have different producers. Adam has worked with some big ones. I hope his new album has some good input and assistance from some skilled producers. And yes! I love how Adam's name is used in the main title. An attention grabber!

Not seeing Rob Wells listed there, although he could have had some other involvement in the general production of the album.....

Thanks for the info Glitzylady. I also looked up Rob Wells and couldn't figure out where he may have produced something with Adam. I only checked Trespassing though then had to attend to RL. I did hear him mention his brother Greg a few times. I'm glad you listed the songs Greg worked on. I really like those particular 3 songs on the FYE album.
So as far as we know, it's probably Max Martin who is the producer currently. Well, here's keeping my fingers crossed that he comes up with a couple of hits on Adam's next album!
