4142Oh, God, please do not allow Adam to want more tattoos. I do not think my heart could bear more desecration of his body. Please!! ic

He may be thinking of getting his ditch done.

This guy has some serious tattoos, hope Adam doesn't get any more, he might be just fascinated by what this guy has done. What is his ditch.?

ditch . . .somewhere along side the road where the overflow runs off the road

Oh, maybe Adam is thinking about a neck tattoo. That would be cool.

The ditch is the crook of his arm.I hope I just didn't make up the word crook.

The ditch is the inside bend of the elbow or the back of the knee. It is supposed to be very painful to be tattooed there.

Not sure why 10:52 am thought it might be that area.

Adam should tattoo whatever he wants where ever he wants.

I don't understand why people are making such a big deal out this. The artwork on Adam's skin is beautiful. I doubt anyone with this issue would have any problems if it was on a canvas, but when its in skin, suddenly it's ugly or "desecrating?" Why is it such a taboo simply because it's permanent? We paint our skin with makeup daily, which isn't by any means natural, and yet its acceptable, even if done wildly, simply because it will wash off. Why not hold onto a wonderful work of art as close to the heart as possible, especially when that art has a very deeply special meaning to the holder? It's a work or art that cannot be stolen and is always to be remembered. I'm not saying people have to like it at all, but sometimes it seems like people treat him getting tatoos like he's planning to do some stunt to break his neck. Seems like an unwarranted overreaction to me...

*Sigh* Maybe I just wish people would stop trying to control what Adam does, or stop wishing he were someone other than who he is. *grumble grumble* Sorry for venting my frustrations, but certain mean-spirited or otherwise unnecessary comments (both toward Adam & toward other commenters) around here lately have me on edge, and I guess even the little things will get to me at times. *Sigh*

@10:47
Thank you for your calm, thoughtful and constructive comment plus the *Sigh's* and venting, feelings I'm sure many fans and 'Silent Lurkers' here share.

People are entitled to their own opinion. That's not telling Adam what to do. That's his business.

I think neck tattoos are ugly - my opinion.

I think all tattoos are ugly, that's my opinion. I don't care how many people have them, that's their choice, but I should be allowed to think as I do. I do not think of them as beautiful artwork.
How can makeup and tattoos be compared? Ridiculous.
