It’s well known among Glamberts and 5 Seconds Of Summer fans that Adam Lambert and 5SOS are among the most kick-ass performers in the pop music world.
Now the Do Something organization has made it official — naming both Adam and 5SOS to the top of their poll of celebrities and musicians who do awesome things for charity. It’s the 7th annual Celebs Gone Good poll, put on by DoSomething.org.
For the poll, music fans had a chance to vote for the stars who “have worked to raise awareness for various causes, and donated money to charitable organizations.”
The Do Something website explained it thusly:
“Vote for your favourite celeb who has done kickass things in the world. Vote once per day in each category, and don’t forget voting ends December 24!”
At the top of the list right now are Adam Lambert, for “raising money for We Are Family Foundation for his 32nd birthday.”
In addition to Adam, 5 Seconds Of summer are listed for “raising money with Prizeo for The Grammy Foundation.”

I find this poster rather interesting especially pointed at by Adam who I think sings in his bathroom too. lol!
Yea, like I said already, Adam lends his name and celebrity to a lot of charities. Most of all, he brought the plight of LGBT to the forefront worldwide; before that it was known but not that much visibility. Adam gave LGBT a beautiful face and voice.
Lam-my, Adam did not bring the plight of the LGBT community to the forefront worldwide. If you think that then you have been living under a rock and just recently took a peek out at only Adam. You are so insulting those who have really done this.
I'm not going to argue with you, you are never wrong, so there is no point in giving you any examples of those who really did it. I'm done.
I am quite aware many LGBT leaders have done a lot of work for LGBT; and I have previously acknowledged their good work and bravery.
My point is the visibility might not been so prominent. Adam himself said there was no single person /persons he could identify with as a young gay person, he was left pretty much groping in the dark which can be scary. He said that's why he wanted to give the LGBT community a face, a voice...that is the crux of my comment and not that he was the one that brought LGBT to the forefront alone. As a celebrity, he has a worldwide platform and other countries too are putting more focus now on LGBT, like China, India with huge populations of LGBT. I am thinking of a worldwide scenario and not just one or two countries.
Open your mind a bit...you are rather stifling; perhaps don't address any issue to me since you have already made up your mind from the start I am "never wrong". #Faceless.
LOL, way more than this person has said you are never wrong Lam-my. It's probably general consensus. There was just a very long thread to that point a couple of days ago.
Why is this bully allowed to insult people again and again?
