stars” – We need more Adam Lamberts, Carrie Underwoods, Kelly Clarksons!
Despite some rumblings about losing
money last year, and that audiences may be getting tired of American Idol, the
statistics stand pretty tall that AI is the most successful television talent
show ever created and has produced more stars and has launched more careers
than any other show. Winners and runners-up are signed to contracts which have
launched the great careers of performers like Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood,
Adam Lambert, Philip Philips, Daughtry, Fantasia and Jordin Sparks. Many times,
just people in the shows' top ten is enough to make dreams come true. This
year, the winner of American Idol Season 16 will be signed to the Big Machine
Label.

Adam Lambert's talent cannot be denied!
Love the Adam mention, too. Hope that the new label group helps the Idol winners. But in reality, it's all about what the public wants to hear. It's been said that Idol viewers love to vote. It's free and easy. But they don't necessarily love to buy after the voting is over. They can be a fickle bunch.
