1000 in 2 weeks after a international broadcast is a lot?? I'm a huge Adam fan but this seems a little hyperbolic.

It is a surge for Adam; what if he did not get but 5? Why complain. I think it is wonderful any additional hits he gets! A fan would be happy about this; what is your problem? Good for you Adam M. Lambert. The twitter followers just keep on coming. One is better than none; get it???

My interpretation of the partial graph is...from Nov 19 to Dec 1...there is an increase of about 7 thousand Twitter followers...works out to about 7 thousand in 12 days...due largely to his X Factor performance I think.

I see an 8,000 followers gain for one month. From 2,343,000 to 2,351,000. That's total of 8,000 followers in a month. He gained 1,093 on day of Nov. 1, 2014 and 1,106 on day of Dec. 1, 2014. The graph doesn't show daily gain. Only for a month gain of 8,000.

It's more accurate to use Nov 19 to Dec 1 portion of the graph because 2,351,000 - 2,343,000...refers to this portion of the graph and not the whole of Nov as we don't know the number of Twitter followers on Nov 1.
I minus the higher number from the lower number and arrived at 8,000 but the graph does not touch the horizontal line that indicates 2,351,000 and so I estimated it lower to 7,000...has not touched 8000 on the graph. Also, I counted Nov 19 to Dec 1 as a time period of 12-13 days and not a day to day calculation.

Should be.....'minus the lower number from the higher number'.
