Adam can definitely move, especially when he lets lose! I think he might have even gotten a bit of formal dance instruction at some point (Terrance may be?) as as he pulls off that turn sequence during STL pretty smoothly.

he could be a choreographer. such great dancing skills.

I think that Adam's background in musical theater would have required him to learn to dance and act as well. He was the best dancer on Idol during the Carlos Santana song - was it Black Magic Woman? Short clip but a memorable one for me.

And having professional dancers as his friends certainly allows him to have the best tutors for private lessons ;))) And Adam is very light on his feet for a big man and carries himself and moves so very elegantly like a dancer.

.... And I agree with Sophie-Michelle and 5:10pm about Adam's natural dancing and choreography ability. He innately "knows" how to move with music... And his music theater training has enhanced this as well.... :)

He is amazing and when you think what kind of shoes he usually has (high heels etc.)! I would stumble and fall all the time, my ankles are so bad.

@ Sophie-Michelle.....the Santana song was Smooth, one of my playlist favorites.......I love Black Magic Woman too.

Thanks, JAK, for setting the record straight for me. Yes, he was velvety smooth when he was dancing to this song - I was too mesmerized to even notice that he'd gotten the lyrics wrong. ;)) Yes, definitely under Adam's spell...

He insured his voice for something like $54 million...he should insure those legs for the same!!!!

Adam is an ectomorphic body type which means he is tall and lean and flexible. As long as Adam doesn't let his body get stiffer with age, he will be able to dance like this for a long time.

Adam didn't look choreographed when he performed with Queen. I think over the span of the tour, he coordinated his dancing and stage antics to a greater degree. One thing he does do is that he will get into a particular step or pattern and then he will stop it when the music changes. That is not choreography.

I disagree with your statement, Adam is not naturally lean. He is a big man with a broad and deep chest. He wore waist cinchers for years with his costumes, even during the GlamNation tour, because he had a large waist. He has worked hard to whittle it down. I give credit to Sauli for that. Check out photos during those 2 years.
Adam became much leaner. He has the body type that will put on weight easily, like Eber, without constantly watching his food and exercise regime.

Thank you for sharing your OPINION. Mine is that both portrayals and representations of Adam are incredibly sexy.

Adam is a tall man not a big man there a big difference. Right now he In fantastic shape. Small waiste very slim. His trainer that he had since before the I heart festival has done a great job. But Adam has always exercised I never seen him over weight.
Right now he in the best shape I ever seen him in. He slim and now he working on his chest and muscles. Think been working on them for a while because he looks fantastic. Adam and his trainer has worked together and did a great job. He the sexiest man I have ever seen hands down.

Waist clinchers? When did he tell you that. First I have heard of that.

8:57 PM. He didn't tell me a thing since i dont know him, but I have eyes. He wore them before Idol days in photos from Zodiac club productions. He wore one in a behind the scenes video photo shoot we've all seen. The one where he turns around and makes a face at the camera and rocks the tight waist cincher like perhaps it hurts. He wore one in his video for FYE during the dance scenes. It was made as a part of the costume, though he had slimmed down a lot by then. His weight fluctuates and when he gains it's at the waist, above belt line. He's doing a good job to stay in shape now.

I think Sauli is worth a little bit of credit too about Adam's fitness from the time they were still together and nowadays, they may very well
inspire each other to go on and continue that lifestyle both of them. Good for them both.

9.38 so what. He just posted an amaizing picture of hiself now. That's all that matters. Thank to his trainer and Adams hard work. I followed Adam six years never have I seen him heavy in six years. But right now thanks to his trainer and especially Adam putting in the work he looks the best I ever see him. Absolutely georgeous. All that other nonsense you are talking about who cares. Musicians do all kinds of tricks to look better in costumes. Adam and Sauli both have done things for each other. How about you giving Adam a little credit for everything he done for Sauli for a change. They both have helped each other. Yes he has done things good things for Sauli as well as Sauli done for Adam.
