TY Darren Hayes and many more!

OT

Amazing song, I looooveeee it!!!
I´m wandering the streets of Ghost Town and searching my black haired disappeared lover (with a curl on forehead ; )).. sounds almost a trance song for me.

Finland was very active yesterday,
first in the morning NRJ played a song on the radio, my friend heard
it! Also radio channel Voice did the new and link to the Youtube song.
Active work from Warner I think and Finnberts too.

Love, M

my heart is a Ghost Town...

Actually, quite elusive as to how to classify Adam's Ghost Town song. It's supposed to be melancholic yet it sounds upbeat...interesting and yes pretty original which I like about the song. Yea, Adam always marches to his own drumbeat/bongos.
In my Ghost Town story, Bert asked: 'Am I dead...' and pinched himself, being trapped in a time-warp in Ghost Town.
Adam's lyric: 'Died in my dream...'
Another line from my story: 'Hello Hello! Anyone home? ...No answer.'
Adam's lyric: 'I called out your name but there was no answer...' Just want to indulge in some slight similarities. lwl!
I've wondered whether at our point of death...do we know we are dead. lol! And so I picture myself wandering through a no man's land scenario Ghost Town; I can see people but they can't see me. And after more time, I will then realise I'm dead. lol! That was the basis of my Ghost Town time warp story...brought about by Adam's song.
Bottomline: I like the song a lot; it has a subtle intrigue and yes Adam's singing slams it right in.

JAK, where art thou? If I recall correctly, you're a big Darren Hayes fan. I always loved his voice also and Savage Garden had some great songs. Very nice of him to message Adam.

Here I am! It's dark and rainy too...even tho it's near dawn here in Florida. My eyes popped open and I grabbed my iPad to see what news there is of the single.
What a nice surprise to see Darren Hayes name!
Yes, he has long been a favorite of mine.

He has been a long time fan of Adams. I recall two very nice posts he made in the past. A gentleman!

Such nice words from Darren. So glad to see GT come out so strong. Hope it will continue to rise and sustain some strength on the charts till TOH is released. That would be the best scenario!

And JAK, it may be dark and rainy in Florida, but here in Chicago we had snow flurries and little while ago! And it's April 22! Weather is Chicago is not the timid.

@12:59 AM
How do you know that the person at @9:37 PM was embellishing what they have experienced; maybe all of the articles and comments he or she has seen have been positive, so he or she can say nearly everyone!

I will also say that nearly every post and every article that I have seen have been positive!
In such excitement I have seen similar remarks all over the place! Why are you so picky, picky regarding the excitement of an Adam fan! Who are you, the accuracy word police? Also, who are you to tell one of Adam's fans what opinion to express and how to do it; I would suggest that you get a grip and mind your own business; what a person posts on here is not your call!!

If I said, "You are the most tolerant person on this Blog Site today", that would truly be an embellishment of the highest order!!!!

Wow, Adam is getting such high praise from just about every media outlet and radio station that has heard GHOST TOWN, or has interviewed. I am blown away with the response of this song. I am so happy for him. He must be in seventh heaven about now!!

I honestly think the person at 9.37 was a whole lot more accurate then you 12.59. All the reviews have been very positive. Most comments have been very positive.
I say most people that have heard it really seem to like this song.

People are always wanting Adam to be on award shows in America get those win awards get that big fame. This song was designed for that and radio commercial success and its a darn good song. No one can please everyone but it's more important to get the song out that will please and sale to the masses.

I think they have got a Commercially successful single that is also an unusual really good song. I can't get enough of it.

If it's not your thing fine we get it. But many do and more that hear it the more popular this single will become. A few people snark is not going to hurt it At all. Seem like you want attention. Positivity for this song seems to weigh out weigh any negativity.

@ DRG........At 5:11 A.M.

I am very familiar with Illinois weather.....that's why my family left Illinois in 1950 and moved to Florida....brrrrrrrrr!
They left happily, they had to drag me kicking & screaming (almost).......I had just gotten new ice skates for Christmas! :-( Lotta good they did me in FL!
