In that Georgia Voice article, it refers to Adam as "the openly gay rocker". So ignorant! When will people stop applying "labels"? They don't refer to a straight as "the openly heterosexual....whatever"!
I do hope some of the Voice's local Glamberts will complain to their paper, and point out that the Georgia Voice should advance to 2016. The very fact that the writer feels compelled to use the "openly gay" label certainly implies a bias...evidently it is important to the writer that it is pointed out. Poor journalism!
I'm just glad that he's getting some press coverage in Atlanta. It would be great if he got it everywhere he goes for the tour. I know it's frustrating to still see "openly gay" attached to him, but for some, it's somehow still relevant to mention. Takes a long time for some things to fade away.
