I would love to hear Adam sing some middle eastern music....I love the drama, the pathos and the joy!

I also would love to know how Brian feels about Britain leaving EU?
Obviously he's happy to have Cameron leaving as prime minister!

@JAK
Dr. Bri is not happy about the UK leaving the EU.. He has expressed his sentiments on Twitter..

I still have the videos from when ADAM sang for the slain leader in (can't remember the country) with Noa Dori & another woman (I think she was a cantor) ... have to go back & find my f-drive that it's on. ADAM sang so beautifully in Hebrew .. if he sang something in Hebrew for the Israelis I KNOW they would really LOVE it!! Maybe he will ... (didn't he sing in Hebrew when he sang The Prayer with Noa Dori? ... not all .. just some of it)

Wonder if the "marriage" question will be the new redundant question, but glad that Adam does not feel pressured to marry and have a family. His response was so perfect! Rare is the person whose life is so in balance that he knows he will be fulfilled either way - single or married. He is so happy and exceeding his dreams.

Hi!! I'm back & I found all ADAM's performances on Ytube so here goes ...

SHIR LASHALOM (Prayer for Peace) in tribute for Yitzhak Rabin who was assassinated w/Noa Dori & Maya Haddi (cantor)
www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNb2Qsh0F_Q

As You Walk With Me (Im Yirtze Hashem) same concert
www.youtube.com/watch?v=2dASxLjtlBE

The Prayer w/Illysia Pierce (cantor) (audio) sung at Temple on Kol Nidre holiday
www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYnVGHy9Obo

The Prayer w/Noa Dori (I think this is the same concert too)
www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bf4s2nW6nYY

Most of them are with ADAM singing English & Hebrew ... really fantastic since ADAM says he can't speak a word of Hebrew!!

tess......I've saved all of them too! I guess he went to Temple often enough to get that 'feel' in his voice, even if he is not religious.

I love the varied religious music....Hebrew, Gregorian chants, etc. etc. plus the gospel music sung by Elvis!

Thanks glitzylady.......I was curious about that. Not that anyone cares, but I think it was a big mistake. And I'm not just thinking of stock nosediving!
Now I'm waiting to see what Northern Ireland and Scotland will do.

Poor Adam was caught off-guard when the interviewer referenced the Peace song and Brian commented on it. Not an easy piece to just pull out and capture the emotion of after all of these years. Adam would have to relearn all of it and his plate is probably too full to give it the attention his perfectionist self would like.

Well, the Tel Aviv concert is not until September 12th so who knows? It would be a fantastic thing to do -- with the full majesty of Queen and the brilliance of Adam's voice -- a splendid gift to Israel. That is a gorgeous piece of music. It would be reported all over the world!

It brings to mind QAL's beautiful and touching performance in Japan last year of "I Was Born To Love You", which had a special significance to the Japanese. I seem to remember, reading about it, that they only had a couple of days of practice to pull it together... but it was flawless. In fact, I remember a video of the Tokyo performance that showed Brian sharing a
big, satisfied smile with Roger near the end of that song, which showed how pleased he was with the results-- and Adam's performance. Lovely!

BTW. I think the thought of singing in the difficult and unfamiliar Hebrew made Adam uncomfortable -- but what if he could sing it in English? That's a great idea!
