Freddie Mercury died 25 years ago last Thursday. No one could truly replace him.
But ADAM LAMBERT comes pretty damn close.
The "American Idol" runner-up in 2009, Lambert has been Queen's vocalist since 2011. In 2014, I saw Queen + Lambert in Maryland. It was breathtaking. Lambert seems to channel Freddie. No small task. Lambert is AMAZING.
Below is the trailer from Queen's forthcoming "Live in Japan" DVD, and two other performances with Lambert. Utterly stunning.

I'm planning to mortgage the house (because it's only being offered for sale in Japan, and I might have to make a trip over there to get it, if they don't bring it over here, too).
