Getting in good shape for the QAL TOUR COMING UP! Adam does eat healthy.
Quite impressed with this food combination, he included all of the nutritional "superfoods" plus the turmeric! He is very knowledgeable about food values and does have culinary skills.
Wish I could get more than a picture & then nothing. What kind of dish was he preparing here?? Looked great!! Something like the Italian dish I make ... never learned how to spell it but phonetically it's pronounced ... jumbotta" ... I know this isn't the way it's spelled but it's yummy!! A combination of peppers .. eggs .. mushrooms .. potatoes ... sausage .. and topped with cheese ... you choose what kind you like .. you could also add any green leafy vegetable you like ... something like frittata but way more filling!! Sometimes I add zucchini ... Hubby loves it!! Not just for breakfast ...
