Adam is sensitive and empathic with people....and honest, but kind. He is a ideal judge, because he is a superb musician...with a pitch-perfect ear... uniquely qualified to judge each contestant's talent....but especially to predict that person's POTENTIAL in the real world....and even to advise them on how to improve.
Aside from that.....doesn't he look splendid? From all reports, that is not only MY favorite hairstyle....it's lasted longer than usual...hurray! And seeing him smile makes my day...it seems that lately many of the photos of him have been serious or smoldering...both nice... but he has a Million-watt smile that is unequalled.
Last, but not least, Adam is so intelligent and articulate... next to seeing/hearing him sing, I love seeing/hearing him talk!
I love watching Adam as a judge or mentor! Always gives good advice and I would definitely trust him!
Adam handles himself so well in these things. He knows how to be just tough enough and just praising enough to be encouraging but with a critical eye. I love looking at him. He looks great. Interesting to read a tweet yesterday from someone who had seen him on Glee but didn't recognize him on this XF show. Just goes to show you how much time has gone by since we've known Adam. We see him almost every day and we have grown along with him. He really has changed, but in a very good way. Just as beautiful, inside and out.
Thought he was a great assistant judge for Ayda, he knows what it’s like to be on the other side of the fence (so to speak) came across very well , don’t really care whether his hair is long short or in between,as whatever I say others would call me out for being judgemental or too personal LOL !
Well said, Dee R Gee! BTW, I loved the character he played in Glee...probably close to his own.

That was he was a very good judge.
I just looked at the videos and he did look very good there.let me tell you on TV his eyes were so beautiful.
