I know it as kiss-curl, a popular 60s fad. My classmate wore kiss-curls hairstyle and was told not appropriate for school; that she was asking for a kiss though no boys available, convent. πŸ™πŸ˜―

Adam's pendant consists of 12 Equilateral triangles embodying a Circle.
Equilateral triangle consists of 3 equal sides, 3 equal angles 60 degrees each so 12 equilateral triangles 12x180*=2160...I see 369 / the universe number in play.
The circle has 360 degrees...369 numerology again. The Circle represents Self Sun / Energy / Universe / Eternity / God.
I see the significance of Equality represented.
Numerology 369 symbolises...humanitarian / family / self expression / harmony / connectivity...6 9 is akin to yin yang, reverse, interdependent. Number 12, completion...12 months of the year, clock face.

Wah, I see triple 9 above date: 9 9 9 Bingo! Big time!

Lam-My said...

Whoa! it's happening again above date : 9 9 9.

Adam has that classic 20s look with that hair that way!

I heard the latest on Bohemain Rhapsody on my radio this morning, the movie is coming back as a sing along version to more than 750 theaters in North America!!! Bo Rhap will also be extended from 1,000 to more than 1,3000 theaters, Friday! That the film grossed more than 734 million worldwide!!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!! Maybe this can end up like a yearly thing (sing along) like " Rocky Horror Picture Show"! Double on that WOOHOO! Wishful thinking anyways. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜œπŸ˜¬

By the way Lam-My, I like all that astrology and numerology stuff, don't know too much of it either, but it interests me. Since you mentioned the number 9, number 9 is my Life Path number. I like how you explained in details Adams pendant, I'll be taking another look at his pendant. Lol

I would love to go back and see BR again with the sing-a-long version. Maybe I will. I would be very fun. We saw it at kind of an odd time of day and there wasn't a lot of audience participation, although everyone seemed to love it. Go BoRhap!

Oh my!....I believe NUMBERS were invented by Man for Taxes..... and Bingo! haha

BTW...Adam's hairdo is a funky curiousity, but I hope he is not encouraged by some fan remarks to wear it (or something similar) beyond that "Gatsby" dress-up. It's so ugly, and looks like some scary sci-fi parasite attached to his head! IMO.

Dee R Gee said...

Nanbert, Don't worry. It was just part of the outfit! LOL

Sue Smith said...

I read about it coming back to theaters
Friday also. Having a sing along is great. The music is so good. Except at the end of the movie didn't think enough emphases on that glorious music.
Putting words to sing along would make it even more enjoyable. Doubt I'll go.
It wont be in all theaters probably not in smaller towns but great idea and will probably make even more money for the movie. Even more will see it or see it again.

Nanbert said...

Hope you're right, Dee R Gee. Adam is usually so "spot-on" with his appearance, but every once in a while....well, we all know he's not infallible....and loves being over-the-top.

Sue Smith said...

I think that was specialized hair for a special night on NYE. Do not think he will be wearing it again or unless another special occasion. Think it was an expensive specialized hair done by
A professional hair person. It was good for the look all were going for on NYE.

A split sentence above, oh well.

Thanks Sunflower! I'm no expert on numerology/astrology but very interested; numbers tell me a lot in real time, like birth number pointed out by you or even death dates; or when numbers chase, as in above dates 999 repeating, after my comments, something is cooking. lol! But I still think life is what we make of it because we are at the centre as shown on Adam's pendant which Sharka drew prominently. It seems Numbers is the language of Aliens...so they could be communicating with me. πŸ‘ΎπŸŽ²☄😴

Adam's real blue suede shoes...he's imitating Pharaohboy who seems unfazed...
Click on video...water sound at his house patio

Pharaoh, what do you think your Daddy is doing?

I no no!

He is imitating you! the way you suddenly turn and your stoic no nonsense.

It's okay, maybe he's feeling bored ooooeeh!

Hey Pharaoh, he's going to sing Blue Suede Shoes for the upcoming Elvis Tribute 2019.

Good for him...I looove to hear my Daddy sing Owoooooh...he always takes me with him to the recording studio.

You think he sounds like that?

Yep, Uncle Brian May and Uncle Roger say his voice is one in a billion! and he is their Gift from God.

Well, Daddy is my Knight in shining armour...he rode on his unicorn and scooped me up from the Rescue Shelter.

Wah, Pharaoh, I see you are into fairy tales; you know, it could be Yourself! that made this happen to you. He saw the Sphinx in you when you sat so straight and your antenna ears twitching left and right, your gaze focusing on your prospecting Daddy.

VARBIETY : Why Queen Was, and Still Is, Even Bigger Than ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’

"But in former “American Idol” king Lambert, the surviving members have found the perfect balance of foil: someone who’s part nimbly operatic impressionist, part flamboyant-in-a-different-way draw in his own right."

Lam-My said...

Oki dok, officially I got a good ole Fan! Sue from Houston. πŸ˜„

Sue, actually Adam made a big difference with regard Queen's revival. Brian and Roger wanted to call it a day, hang up their boots. Yes, the BR movie will be a huge boost to their Rhapsody Tour but their Gift from God had already pushed Queen up several notches to a new level. What I like about Brian and Roger is they treat Adam as their equal and give him a lot of leeway and room to express the Queen songs his way / their way as a whole. πŸ•ΊπŸ»πŸŽ€πŸŽΉπŸ₯πŸŽΈ

Adam is a Sifu in Singing
He knows how to power his voice to the last row
Or let his vibrato gently echo
Like Paula said: He owns the stage
Brian and Roger being such experienced
Musicians and Band leaders
Who have hired many singers
Know 100% Adam is different
His delivery, internalising of Queen songs
Keeping intact Freddie Mercury
While infusing his own mysticality

Just saw your last post Lam-My O totally agree. I Fell asleep different time zones. Bet your asleep right now. I stay up pretty late most nights.
I totally Agree Adam done so much for Queen and they have done so much for him. Along the way they have built a strong friendship that I doubt will ever be broken.even when Rodger and Brian God forbid are not up to performing any more. I'm their age and it remarkable what they can still do and do it very well. The fact they let Adam have the freedom they do is one reason the shows are so remarkable.
He does it his way but never strays to far from the original that Queen fans would protest.
Most Adam fans would not care if he sang the phone book they would love it.
Correction I totally agree hit wrong key. However now there are so many Queenberts to appreiate Adam and the whole Queen band.

Sockless Blue Suede Shoes...

Daddy Daddy, you forgot to wear your socks.

No, Pharaoh, I don't forget things pertaining to Elvis.

I like sockless, at least I can see your ankles which I follow closely and my tattoo on your calf.

Time for munchy marrow...let's go

Slurp slurp my favourite chikidi-chop with my Rockstar Pop, no socks but does a great job of cooking my plop and singing non-stop Ooooeeeh πŸ‘¨πŸ»‍πŸŽ€πŸ•

Sue, when you saw the BoRhap movie, did you stay in the cinema until the credits finished? "The Show Must Go On" was played while the credits rolled.

Thanks for the link to the Variety article, MiRela.

Rosemary White I wrote that wrong. I did not think there was enough emphases on the music through the movie. Except for the end of the show. Loved the end of the movie.

Rosemary White said...

Sue, I thought the movie contained the right amount of music because it wasn't a musical .... it was a film about Freddie's life and his involvement with Queen, but the inclusion of part of the re-enacted Live Aid concert by the actors was wonderful .... plus hearing "The Show Must Go On" when the credits rolled was fabulous. Brian May has advised that the full re-enactment of the Live Aid concert will be included with the DVD of the movie. It won't be in the same league as the real Live Aid performance, of course, but it'll be interesting to see/hear it.
