Yea, I think Adam you wanted to do that speech to address the doubters. The above tweeter is right and Nanbert and others. Adam that speech in my opinion also is not necessary any more.

Thanks, broddybounce and Sue. And this time around I sense a new vibe in the air...from all over the venues. Something's different....Adam has established himself, indisputably, as a MORE than fitting frontman for Queen. He's not just a "stand-in".

Strangely, I still think it has a lot to do with the movie, "Bohemian Rhapsody"....and for the first time people have had an opportunity to compare Freddie and Adam...memory and nostalgia aside...on an equal basis....and ADAM shines (I would say WINS!, but don't want to offend anyone...although this IS Adam's fansite).
He doesn't need to "explain himself" to anyone anymore....all they have to do is see/hear him perform! He's NOT second choice...just second generation! And he's better than ever this time around!

I love what Nanbert said: "He's not 2nd choice...he's 2nd generation". Perfectly stated.
I also liked a comment by one of the reviewers regarding Adam's "pink elephant" disclaimer. She said that Queen/Adam should think about what Adam IS to Queen rather than what he's not- and what he brings to Queen in the future- upward and onward (as in new music, my fondest wish). That is, if they continue to tour. I hope this isn't their last tour.

I think it would require some very debilitating illness of Brian or Roger to call quits to their touring. You can see how they love it! Adam has brought a great deal of joy to their lives...and his...AND OURS...to be able to perform at this extraordinary level. Their's is a most precious, most iconic, collaboration. Long live Queen and Adam Lambert!

Totally agree with you Nanbert! Adam should be judged by his own miraculous talent which are numerous. No he not any other person he Adam Lambert the best vocalist of this generation.
That's my opinion and I'm sticking to it. That's certainly not taking a thing a way from FM. Two different performers
In 2 different centuries.
