The real estate industry trade website, realtor.com, has posted an article entitled, "Why Did It Take So Long To Sell Adam Lambert's Swanky Bachelor Pad?"   Here's the teaser:
"The American Idol alum first put the residence on the market in 2017, for $4 million, and it's bounced on and off the market ever since.  The home was relisted for $3.35 million in May 2019, then taken off the market in early January.  In late February, there was a plot twist: The home returned to the market at the same $3.35 million price, but with new representation  ...  Less than two weeks later, the home had a viable offer.  So what made the difference?  Why, after being on the market for almost three years, did the home suddenly sell in a matter of days?"

Well, it looks like Adam's old house is finally going to sell! Sure took a while. Looks like the new realtors marketed it better than the previous ones. It has to be a big relief for Adam. It's no fun being a two-house owner unless you want to be.

It's funny, but I've always had this illusion that these up-scale California homes are all on big spacious pieces of property. But they're not. The houses are fairly close together and the neighbors are pretty close. Real estate in California is very pricey. And the higher end homes all have pools even if they don't have big yards.

Hope the house winds of selling and Adam can be a one-house guy again.

Oh, And I heard that his Kimmel appearance will be one of Kimmel's Concert Series, so Adam will be singing a set of songs not just one. Yay!!! We'll hear a few more from Velvet!

Wonder why Adam was so quick to sell the first house anyway....it's lovely! MY theory is that Adam needed more closet space!...haha

All schools were closed in my country until March 22nd.
All those returning from the red areas are taken from the border directly to isolation centers where they are held for 14 days and tested.
The bad news about coronavirus is that it dies only at temperatures above 36 degrees Celsius.
In many countries this temperature is never so the only way to get rid of it is isolation.
More cases are expected in April, so chances are high that the Adam's concert in Vegas will be canceled.

Yes, the outlook does not looks good for all these concerts. We will be heartbroken if Adam's Vegas shows are cancelled but if they are, I hope they can be rescheduled. Those shows are a real coup for him to get.

I just heard that he is going to be on The View. Don't know when.

Oops. Just found it. The View is on March 18. Somehow I missed that one. Too bad about the likelihood that some of these appearances won't have a live audience. Drat.

To be a multi millionaire, sigh. I would love to buy Adam's house.

Dee R Gee...After you mentioned Adam's upcoming appearance on The View, I checked it out, and found that Adam's appearance is scheduled for March 20, on ABC. Maybe it'll be taped on the 18th?

Sunflower...haha, you DO know that Adam is NOT included with the house, don't you?
