Adam was training a Chinese band which had won a Chinese band show with Howard Benson ,Akon,Kenny Aronoff and Orianthi. Adam was in charge of training them stage style (His band was there too).

He's a nurturer. Any time he is around people who remind him of how much he wanted what he has now, he steps up to the plate and helps. That's what the donorschoose.org was this summer, too. Adam giving back for all he has received. He's amazing.
Adam has always been generous with his tallent-and humble. He is the only one who thanked, and gave credit to the musicians and writers who helped him on AI.
He has said several times he likes to coach people and help them out. This is awwwwwww.
