Thanks to the cameraman for coming in on that close up of Adam's right eye. I KNEW HE HAD GREEN EYES. I've been saying it all along and have been getting pounced on for it. Proof in the picture. Adam's own tatoo of the eye of Horus is shaded with blue background, but the eye itself is green. Need I say more?

I think his eyes are blue-gray and really beautiful. I loved the closeup too and this hair style and look as well.

I think it really does depend on the clothing that Adam wears as to what colour his eyes are going to be. I have only seen a couple of pictures where his eyes look really blue, most of the time they look a smokey blue-gray colour other times they look a greeny-blue colour and at other times they look really green. I have heard Adam himself say that it depends on the clothes and the lighting as to which colour his eyes are. When he sang Mad World (the second time), in that long coat his eyes were really gray. It doesn't matter what colour his eyes are they are gorgeous no matter what.

His eyes looked blue on my monitor??!!! :))) They probably do change with the clothing. His complexion/makeup looks amazing in that interview. He looks youthful and energized.

Wow - this feels like a flashback to "young Adam", but it really wasn't that long ago! Amazing how much has happened since this clip. He is a beautiful man...I just love watching him talk. The close up on his eye was hilarious!

adam has hazel eyes, they could turn green or gray or even light blue. i was told people with hazel eyes the coloring goes with their moods. when i met him in sydney his eyes were blueish!

I have the very same color eyes. They are blue, but change to blue/gray, blue/green, or sometimes just green, depending on clothing, lighting, makeup, etc. He's such a lovely person. I wish people would get to know more about him before making such harsh judgments.

Adam here reminds me of the best look I love of Adam which is when he sang Satisfaction especially when he was standing being critiqued by the judges. Absolutely drop dead gorgeous.

As "Anon @ 11:37" said - I too have the same color eyes... they do change depending on various factors... hazel, blue, blue/green, blue/gray etc. I also have strawberry blond hair - much less ORANGE than what Lambert's natural color seems to be, so it's all good for me, and plus, I'm a female. But anyway, to anyone who cares, having very similar eye color - yes, it really does seem to change depending on various factors and I have noticed that is the case w/ Lambert. Anyway... love this guy!

I just posted about the eye color and strawberry blond hair - didn't mean to be self-serving w/ my post, my point was also that I have a lot of Swede in me from a full Swedish grandparent, and apparently Lambert's father Eber (my hair color closer to his I think actually) is Nordic I believe - so maybe the beautiful changing eyes have something to do with that lineage. In any event, Lambert is so lovely on the EYES of all of us :).

In a recent interview, while discussing black guyliner, Adam told someone his eyes were blue.

Oh my...he does seem so young here. I think we are used to seeing him "made up" like he has done so much of lately, but if he just got up in the morning, and looked into the camera, this is the sweet, angelic face we would still see.....handsome but no glitter!! He is a beautiful soul, both inside and out. Now I am going to have some fantasies about a particular strawberry blonde Viking rocker!!!Heehee

Im a Chicago girl, now living in Charlotte and miss my Chicago gastronomical addictions! Would love to take Adam on a tour, but wouldnt be able to eat a thing, gazing into those beautiful eyes. Love the look with less makeup. He,s naturally perfect and sometimes less is more. The outfits are fun and exciting. He can wear anything.The most facinating,nice guy!

Anonymous 1 just had a typo and meant AURA, which is someone's energy field.

It IS related to their personality and charm (especially for Adam!), but is the particular energy that surrounds someone. You can often feel it around people who are especially charasmatic. (Marlon Brando, Marilyn Monroe, John Kennedy, Martin Luther King, and the Beatles are all famous for their big auras.)

It is visible in some types of photography, and is better understood in cultures that are not so left-brained and commercialized as the U.S.
