'American Idol' airplay: Adam Lambert climbs, Kris Allen starts to slip
Adam Lambert's chart success continues.
When looking at Adam Lambert and Kris Allen's top 40 airplay numbers Sunday night, it appeared that both "American Idol" alum were starting to see their songs slide after achieving so much success. This appears to be even more evident after seeing the singers' full numbers across the board Monday -- though Adam is still gaining some spins for "Whataya Want From Me."
Kris Allen remained the most-played "Idol" alum for the past week with "Live Like We're Dying," but he did drop more than 300 spins for the first time in months. He still holds a sizable lead of Kelly Clarkson's "Already Gone," which is falling fast from the #2 slot.
Meanwhile, we have a race going for spots #3-5. Adam's "Whataya Want From Me" only trails Daughtry's "Life After You" and Carrie Underwood's "Temporary Home" by less than 150 spins, and he could end up passing both of them in the next week if enough song requests come in on the radio. It's also theoretically possible that Clarkson could fall enough that Adam could be sitting in the #2 spot by this time next week.

Good news! But really want to know more info about starting a fan club(offical or unoffical) for Adam so we can push the needle more in his direction! Adam mentioned maybe his mum would run it!
what a great Idea,Adams mum running it would be so cool,but could she handle all our rather saucy comments to Adam, Hee Hee!!!

it will be cool if leila would run the fan club she is a great mother and never a stage mum.
Adam needs to come back home and sing on TV and then his numbers would really take off.

Nice guy Kris but he is not in the same league as Adam.....never was and never will be. There is
room for Kris and his music but certainly he cannot be compared to Adam ever!
