just watched it real time on east coast USA... oh my gawd... let's just say ALL his fans for will be very happy for one reason or another... something for everyone!!! Some Adommy, some dancers (but it worked brill) and still PLENTY of alone time... great vocal (well, duh lol) just truly something for everyone, you'll see. Happy Happy right now :)... okay, shit to do now and a life to lead, lol!!!

I don't know if I can even add to what everyone else has already said. The man was perfection on Ellen today! And thank you, 24/7, for getting this posted already, especially so all our overseas friends could enjoy it.

Wow. Yes - beautiful man, eminating happiness and joy. A treat for the eyes. A treat for the ears. I feel exhilirated after watching this! Love Ellen's positivity - it matches Adam's. Love that his mom was in the audience. So sweet. He knocked it outta the park with his performance. Sang it to perfection (of course) did some sexy dancing, looked hot/fresh...the dancers were as they should be - a compliment to his performance, but kind of in the background.

Wow - I felt speechless after watching this, but apparently had a lot to say! So happy right now!!

Me again - just posted above, then went back and watched him sing again. First - forgot to say how great his outfit looks! Leather flared pants, a tunic w/a feather collar and a jacket? Damn!!! This is a great look for him.

Second - he was smiling nearly the whole way through this performance. I wonder if that was because he was on Ellen :) or because it's his interpretation of the song (as he says) - because it's such an upbeat message? Wonder if he'll continue to be "smiley" when performing this? Can't wait to see.

Adam was absolutely fabulous! He seemed so happy and upbeat during both the interview and the performance. He looked terrific with the hair, the makeup, the jewelry and the outfit....a masterpiece. Adam is a "polished performer" and gives his all to every song. He is one talented, charming, personable and "hot" looking individual in a class of his own. Loved him dancing with Ellen at the end of the show. Great song with a great message. This certainly brightened up this gloomy day for me!

I wrote on previous post that I was not a hater, I just didn't like Pattinson. I felt there was something about his eyes that didn't appeal to me. Well, today he showed me why it is that I don't care for him. The man has absolutely no personality. I don't think he's comfortable in his skin and poor Ellen had to drag every answer out of him. And what was all the giggling about?

Then Adam comes on and wows us again with his mind, body, style, spirit and pure joy. And that was in the interview. I hope I was not the only one to notice that the applause for Adam was much greater than that for Pattinson.

Wonderful, joyous performance by Adam our fabulous One and Only World Idol in the making? Thought the brief interview was great, the difference between RPattz and Adam was night and day, and am TRULY hoping the AMA thing has faded into the woodwork, as ADAM said, may it not be brought up again. Done, done and DONE! I asked my Adam-fan-boy husband what he thought of the dancers, his dancing, the performance as a whole, etc, because I am a BIT, shall we say more inclined to be "enthusiastic" about what ever Adam does and have a hard time being anything other than blind to anything going on around Adam, as in can only see HIM. He said he really liked the dancers, the whole thing was so professional and he was really impressed. My sentiments exactly, but I have trouble being objective when it comes to anything Adam most of the time.
As to the comment of 4:27: Hmmm... certainly entitled to your opinion (this IS a democracy and all..), but REALLY?????!!!!!!! Can't begin to imagine you are serious. And, please remember that some of us fans are somewhere around that age you mentioned and I take more than a little offense in being referred to as "elderly". "Please" yourself, sweetie! And I sure don't think Adam looks elderly either! Hardly! No doubt this was said just to tick people off, so enough on that subject....Can hardly wait until Friday night and Leno!

Hey glitzylady - You rock!! My hubby, my sons and their wives and my grandkids all love Adam, but at times, they look at me like "ah come on, stop the Adam talk and pass the gravy." I guess I have too much time on my hands. (4:27 doesn't think that time marches on for ALL of us. We humans begin ageing the moment we are conceived and it just doesn't stop.)

My 63 year old husband was thrilled with Adam on Idol - said he hadn't heard a voice like that in decades. Oh did I mention that I never argue with my husband. I agree with him totally on all subjects Adam. He and I have been dancing around like the teenaged couple we were so many years ago. Adam has sparked us back into the can't keep my hands off you pair we used to be. Thanks Adam, you get us both going. I'd like to add that I agree with some people that said Pattinson(petenson!Lol)doesn't have life in him and seems uncomfortable in his skin(did any of you noticed he couldn't stop staring at Ellen's shoes - guess he really loved them or was trying to see where she bought them :-D)..Honestly, I loved, like Adam, the Twilight Series(in the book)but I am not a fan of the actors basically because they're lacking in acting skills..LOL, still.. seeing the story on the big screen it's always nice so I don't mind buying a ticket to the cinema but seriously what's with giggles and laughs whenever Patt. spoke? He should take speach lessons from Adam and maybe he'd learn to be eloquent, informative but still interesting and FUNNY!
