My questions exactly--Why is a Kris fan even here. I can only suspect it is to criticize Adam and his supporters. Adam has never made comparisons, so why do Kris' fans continue this hatred and hostility. It's not necessary. But let me be snarky a little since Kris' fans are apparently perusing this site--Question: has Kris' album gone GOLD yet? Opps....

I am with the people who wish them both well. I guess I am more into Adam's music but I know Kris is not only a good entertainer but a very, very, nice guy and good friend to Adam Lambert. I suspect there are unkind fans of Adam that make rude comments on Kris sites as well, though I can't for the life of me figure out why. Music is supposed to bring out the best in people, is it not? I hope they both have long careers.

Kris has ONLY put out one single, Adam has two already out and going on his third. What is the hold up with Kris? I have only seen one video for Kris. Very generic if I must say but I still liked it but I LOVED all of Adam's. I just don't get why Jive isn't promoting Kris like Adam's fabulous RCA is promoting him? Are you sure Kris won Idol last year? According to the album sales it would appear ADAM won!

ADISOIN FAN: I have noticed that myself, but, Adam does appear to be very,very driven and I imagine willing and ready to do just about anything to get his name out there. Kris appears to be a little more layed back and as a newly married man must consider his family in all his decisions. Still, I do think his label could do more for him. Isn't he touring now? I'm not sure.(?) I think Kris will be just fine as he is well liked and don't forget, he writes his own music - Good Guy!! Good Career!!!

Either way it means recognition, a 2nd runner up is not supposed to more famous than the Winner!! - I speak with knowledge because today I finally bought Adam's album and just for the fun of it went to check if Kris Allen's had come out...it nowhere in sight... so I agree wth the people who say is not being well promoted but to be honest, in Europe specially in Portugal, which is the country I live in, we are more into the stuff Adam does and for the record Adam Lambert can actually write songs, just take for example AFTERMATH which is one of my favorites in the album.

Adam is going to be huge, if not now then wait a couple years and you'll see...Even Gaga had to wait to be a mega-known singer and Adam is not different besides every artist has to start somewhere.. :-D

Adam would not want us saying negative things about Kris. They are friends. AI doesn't matter anymore. They both have their own careers now, and soon there will be a new Idol let loose on the scene.

I like Kris and we all know how much Kris thinks of Adam. Bec @12:54 put it into words very well. American Idol, Season 8 is old news. They each have rewarding careers and they're like apples and oranges. The sniping is getting old on both sides. Time to move on and wish them both well. funbunn40

I have never once checked a Kris Allen fan site or sales list. Agree with the question, what are you doing here??? Happy for Kris because Adam loves him and wishes him well but every fiber of my musical fandom belongs right here. If Adam 24/7 started charging $100 a month for this site access, I would figure out a way to afford it. What's happening with other stars is not even mildly related to my joy in following Adam's amazing talent and captivating personnage.
