Please. Please. We all beg you. Can you PLEASE stop including Siobhan on this website...? We're here to read about Adam. And even though Siobhan keeps flogging the whole supposed "comparison to Adam" thing to death, even Adam - who was quite gracious to her when he mentored on Idol - didn't include her in his top 4 picks for this season of AI. Adam is a beautifully trained singer who has paid his dues, and as opposed to Siobhan's screeches, his high notes are just that... NOTES.

Eww. I'm so glad she got booted. I couldn't stand to watch her sing, I had to turn away. There is no comparing her to Adam. I get an uneasy feeling just watching her talk. I wish I hadn't watched this video. Eww.

Personally, I always though her "screech" was more in the style of Gokey, not Adam. It is really obvious that she is trying to start up a career by comparing herself to Adam. I agree, she is definitely deluded. Glad she is gone.

of course this is about adam so i understand why people are annoyed and i think comparisons are mindless. but i think she is great and am pretty surprised at these responses. she clearly has training and theater background and that may be why she has gotten compared to the incomparable mr lambert who she adores. here is a wierd high school production with her in the starring role. she was 16. if you can get your eyes offa those wierd pink fake rocks you might dig her voice...

Ok it's not about leaving her alone or not. It's like I didn't like her on AI not on her audition and certainly not after and of course there people who liked her too. But since we all come here for news about Adam preferably with Adam on them, I think she shouldn't be here and it's wrong of her to say the females can't or won't do high notes(notice I did not said schreeching which is what Siobhan does). Adam didn't include her on his top 4 AI because even though she's a nice girl there were people more talented then she is.
Kelly Clarkson, Fantasia, Jordan Sparks and Jennifer Hudson can reach high notes as well, the difference being they actually might sound good.
Now, the comparisons between her and Adam ends when she opens her mouth because honestly all I ever saw different in Adam, besides his amazing voice and powerful performances, from the other contestants was the eyeliner, his signature mark, and Siobhan is different in her image but equal to every single one of those non-charimistic flock of people in Idol this year. When the judjes said you're not hitting it right or this is not your type of song instead of doing like Adam who would change the genre the following week and wow us all shutting up the judjes mouths for good, Siobhan simply ignored them and continued with her schreeching...
The guy who did the interview wasn't into Siobhan is facial expression was the same I use when people are talking shit and I'm expected to participate and endure it. Also he didn't seem to enjoy Adam's high notes but I think he liked Adam enough or at least enough to give Siobhan a patronizing smile when she said he was great and that she couldn't sing that well.
Honestly, doesn't she get it(?), they were showing her previous Idol singers who actually did the job right and sang the notes 'cause for all the high notes Adam did on Idol when it ended no one invited him for an MTV segment about high notes, screams and screechs (which was a very good sign, I'm just saying...).
Siobhan is young so she'll have a lot of time to learn and who knows maybe in a year or months she might come up with a song that can actually kick kesha in the butt or something like that.

and another thing about her using adam to gain fame. She HAS been compared to him several times, and has been asked about it in several of her exiting interviews. She doesn't just sit there and say "well since I sound so much like adam, and i'm so great, blah blah blah." she says it's an HONOR to be compared to him, she didn't just make it up, and she has been asked.

also she isn't just a screecher. I am a fan of hers and will be the first to admit that she needs training there, but she was trained in opera and has a great voice in that.

ending comment - adam wants people to appreciate all performers, whether or not you are fans of them. To be honest, some of you are being rude in the lane of bitchy by acting like shes a retarded stuck up bitch, which she isn't. You are putting words into her mouth, and are being incredibly disrespectful. It's shameful, especially since many of you are using adam as means to insult her, as well as putting words in adams mouth.
What happened to the respect. oh yeah. it never existed in this world.
(also to people saying she is an awful singer, chances are you aren't much better, chew on that).
But seriously, I'm sorry if I sound rude, but people arent getting that you shouldn't put words in peoples mouths, disrespect them, insult the way they speak (especially if they can't help it), and sit there and insult people you don't know, especially if you are doing it by using a person you ADORE to insult them. I know we all love adam, but sometimes the adam extremist fans just piss me off with how rude, disrespectful, and just plain bitchy they can be.
Constructive criticism doesn't mean chewing a person out for no reason, and sitting there and disrespecting a person you don't know is a waste of time and accomplishes nothing but putting yourself to shame.
again sorry if I got rude, but I was already in a pissy mood when I got on the site and reading such disrespectful comments just sent me over the edge. But at least my point should go across.
