Wow. Seattle must really love Adam. They got three different places to interview him in one day. Why didn't we have that in the past 10 stops?

I found that interview very uncomfortable. I didnt get any warmth from the radio ppl. towards Adam and thought adams laugh felt like he was nervous and uncomfortable too. No love shown, IMO. Adamluv

Woooow!!! heyday for interviews and interesting stuff today!... so spoiled now! 24/7 and Adam now you're killin us with so much love!:)

Adam is so in touch with his emotional side... I love it... love that! I love his playfulness too! what's not to love about Adam?... of course nothing!... yet!..lol... always love you Adam!:)

I agree that there was an element of discomfort in this interview, but I really loved the discussion. Heard a lot of nervous laughter from Adam that I usually don't hear. I don't think it was lack of love from the interviewers. It might have just been that they were overwhelmed by Adam!! If I had to sit there and ask him questions, I'm afraid I would be speechless for once in my life. I would just stare at those eyes, and the interview be dam*ed.

These interviewers ask the same question all the time. I feel sorry for Adam, no original questions. I would ask about his relationship on tour with his band, dancers and more about his brother Neil and how it is travelling together. Is the show as it is going international and why is Orianthi leaving the show. So many questions that I would like to hear the answer.

This radio station is probably more grunge?

lol Oprah Adam...I was actually impressed that there was no gay gay gay yay from them. Adam just threw it in there casually, which was cool.

Let me tell you about Star 101.5. They don't play Adam Lambert or Allison Iraheta. They didn't when his album debuted and they don't now. I requested more than once in writing at their site and they gave me some ridiculous story about their play list which I wasn't buying. I have listened to that station forever, but after my last request and their denial of air time for Adam, I have quit them. Perhaps their discomfort comes from the fact that they have shown him no support whatsoever. I find it ludicrous that they were even interviewing him.

And no the station doesn't play grunge. Grunge is dead. However, that station never did play much grunge when it WAS popular.

WHY............THE SAME QUESTIONS ALL THE TIME! Let the fans ask the questions-Adam connects with his fans and he feels comfortable with them. PLAY that music 101.5 IIHY is an awesome song!

Diana is correct. I think Seattle heard IIHY for the first time on the radio last night. They finally got around to playing WWFM once in a while. This is so disgusting in such a "progressive" city. But the PEOPLE of Seattle love Adam. I remember when the Dixie Chicks had a hit with a controversial song (Not Ready to Make Nice) that was NEVER played on the radio. It was a Grammy winner, too. Go figure.

Just have to concur, Seattle THE PEOPLE gave massive amounts of love to Adam last night at the Showbox Sodo.....He was beyond fabulous, gave his usual 200%, and I am still processing everything......The venue was small, general admission, and hot, we were literally packed like sardines, but it didn't matter.....will say more later when my brain is somewhat functional. Anyone who has the remotest chance to see him, you really must go, his show is wonderful....WLL was just amazing, and one of the best ever (maybe THE best...) and he didn't hold back on the vocals....Waiting for the vids to come out...WLL is up on youtube so should be here soon, and Soaked as well, also awesome...Oh and Allison was great too....Now off to find some coffee.....

So glad to hear this glitzylady! I am going to the Puyallup concert in September. It seems like such a long wait! One dj did bemoan the fact that he didn't have tickets to the concert last night because it had sold out so quickly. I thought djs would get special treatment and get in anyway. They are the ones that determine whether or not to play the songs, right?. Nothing can stop the success of our Adam, though. He just shines.

Yeah glitzylady. Get your coffee girl, process, go about your day, get your brain functional again... and come back and tell us more when you have the time! MGF

These interviews are promotional. He is so charming, articulate, intelligent - knows just what honest, sincere, reflective things to say. It can only be a positive outcome for him and if they continue to snub the songs on air, screw 'em. The fans are filling the place tonight and they have the cd's, IPODS and ITunes over radio anyday!!

@lmb 9:10am

Just to let you know re Puyallup in Sept. (I"m going too, big surprise LOL!) Anyway, talked to someone from KISS FM who was taking pictures of the fans to post on their website last night in Seattle and he said they may be giving away some tickets and intros to meet-and-greets as they get closer to Sept 21st. Definitely going to be on the lookout for that....

And WOW, after listening to this interview, which was fun for the most part, even if the interviewers were a little stiff... (always love listening to him....), I learned something VERY cool for me personally....I knew he had been in Wicked of course,....thought he left the tour before it played Seattle....guess he stepped in temporarily....Now I REALLY have to see if I can find my program from that show!!!! Looked for it before but now I may have to tear the house apart, guessing its probably gone though...Learn something new everyday...

OK, finally got the chance to listen to this. Despite the lack of warmth from the interviewers, that some of you cited, I felt a lot of respect! They let Adam talk for a LONG time, and go on about what he loves to talk about - emotions, relationships, love. I thought that was great...most dj's sound so canned, and interject so much, to hear the sound of their own voice ('cause they think they're so funny) that the interupt Adam. That is my pet peeve! But not with this interview.

I did hear the "nervous laughter", but overall, I thought this was a good one...and I'm not just sayin' that 'cause I'm from Seattle! :) I could care less for this radio station, to be honest. I don't listen to commercial stations.
