Thank you 24/7 for moderating the comments over at that thread. That Kris Allen fan (KRISTY) was totally out of control. I hope there was a way to ban her. She trolls over at Adamofficial and Idol forums all the time with a different username. She's totally obsessed with Adam, it's ridiculous.

I was so upset at some of the Kris fans over there calling Adam the F word. :(

My brother is gay and I know how he feels when he is called the F word by homophobes in high school.

Hi everyone. I'm a Kris fan but I also read this site to get Adam updates because I am a bit interested in his career. I am so sorry that one of the Kris fans had to ruin it for all the other Kris fans. I hope you guys/girls don't lump us all together with Kristy because we're not all like that! I listen to Adam's music too and get updates on him (I rarely comment, this is the first tiem I'm commenting) but I wish there was a way that both fanbases could get freindly with eachother in the future. There's nothing to fight about now.

Thank you so much, 24/7 GUYS for anything you may do in order to avoid the kind of hatred I have seen here the last two days. I'm completely in love with this site, have posted here countless comments, all supporting Adam Lambert, most of the times having lots of fun among lovely and respectful commenters, learning so much not only English, but mainly about life and love.
I feel so grateful for all these information and fun I get here and only here! I feel so bad for the mods of 24/7. They try so hard to maintain this site and make it as friendly as possible but the haters have to come and ruin it. This is a positive and fun blog about Adam. But some people have to come and turn it into negative energy.

I have my own blog and I know it's extremely hard to moderate comments and stuff, especially when there's hundreds of comments so give 24/7 mods some slack people!

Yea 24/7!! Frankly, Adam’s tour news, clips, pictures and appearances are so numerous I think it’s great news that the top-notch team at 24/7 are not going to burden themselves. I guess if anyone doesn’t like it they can go start their own site, huh?!

I also think that 24/7 is the best Adam fansite on the internet. It's also very popular so spammers and trolls will target this community but I'm sure the mods here will do something about it.

Glad to hear you're going to attempt to stop trolling/hating on this site. If nothing else, it's so tedious!! I couldn't even take the time to read through those 125+ comments on the page with the Kris clip. **yawn!** Got real old, real fast.

In general, this site is a positive, happy place, where everyone comes together to discuss the attributes of Adam and get to know each other a little, in the process! It's been really nice to get to know other Adam-fanatics from around the globe. I don't have a lot of friends/family who are as obsessed with Adam as I am so it's nice to have a place to obsess/discuss with with fellow nut-cases, in a happy, silly and positive environment. :)

Did anyone read what Millie really said? Nothing against Adam and she apologized for the kris negatives and said she wasn't one of them and she liked both. I think it's rude and hateful when someone is offering an apology for something that she didn't do, other than to also be a fan of Adam. I just think it's unfair to be so insulting to someone who is not a hater, but just likes both.As she said, she never commented before, so why the nastiness towards a Adam fan? This is nastiness at it's worse on both sides. Let's keep things in perspective and read and digest before you do the very thing that we dislike about Christy. Big MaMa here: Big PaPa and I are so glad about 24/7. It is right for them to do what they are about the negativeness. Big PaPa might just live another 20 years now that it won't be here anymore. I start my day with Adam's twitter and then immediately come here for the latest of the latest knowing full well that I'll find it.

I check this site nearly every morning and love the quick access to all things Adam. So glad that I missed the drama and have to say I applaud the decision. Kris seems like a really great guy. Perhaps instead of trolling the web attacking Adam, his fans should put that energy to supporting Kris. Buy his CD for starters, then purchsae tix to his shows. I was amazed in Atlantic City, that tix for Kris @ the Borgata in the same venue as Adam's were still available in the Risers no less (as well as GA). The woman I spoke with said his tix went on sale a couple of weeks after Adam's (who sold out in 10 minutes). I don't buy his music but, I really wish Kris success. His fans should know that's not gonna happen (a) without their support; or (b) by trying to destroy Adam.

Also, some of the comments from Adam fans in retaliation were pretty nasty too. Please folks, think how you'd feel if Adam were to read such evil comments coming from his fans. That is so not what Adam is about.

There's a big difference between defending Adam against hateful homophobic slurs and counter- attacking,cussing out, and stating to someone that also is an Adam fan that they are unwelcome on this site only because they are also Kris Allen fans. That is not defending, that is stooping to the level of the trolls. I'm pretty sure Adam would agree and would have been pretty disappointed and disgusted. We should be promoting his fan base, not alienating and turning away future fans.I'm sure Adam would want to be proud of his fans as we are of him. He's polite and respectful and I think he expects the same from us. Don't be so quick to judge and be sure you understand who and what you're defending.There's no excuse for bullying. Being reasonable, objective and not getting out of control will be much more effective to make your point than screaming and getting just as ugly.
