Cool!

I want to hear the kids' version of WWFM!

Off topic:

I found this Huffington Post article when I googled Adam this morning. Kinda bizarre article, but the comments are so well thought out and articulate that they are worth reading. Very interesting reading altogether!

Hai!!! Don't forget to post Adam's interview with Oprah(>.<)

I was a little bit taken aback by the Huff Post article too... was going to comment - but like Sweetie said - many well done comments were there already, I didn't add mine. What bothered me about it, putting liberal or not liberal aside, is that it was just - um...off the mark... there's opinion and there's opinion...but sometimes there's just fact.

but yes, the nctimes.com article was great.

That Huff Post article was a little nasty......But I loved the comments. I love that the glamberts flock to Adam's rescue and defense so quickly.

I think Melody Breyer Grell is having her own reality crisis!... IMO

Adam Lambert has real and pure talent. Nothing forced and unauthentic about it. To perform LIVE day in and day out and is always consistent with all his performances!... that's pure talent!!!

Adam Lambert is Adam Lambert that's his identity... what's there to be confused about!!!

On the Lindsay Parker Interview;

I could watch Adam getting made up till his done!... so cool and somewhat intimate...haha

Oh I see Adam, you like to be in control:}... that's a good thing! And Sutan's not missing a beat!... just doin his thang!!!

i expected much more from the huf post article...major research fail. kinda like me trying to write about theoretical physics...the many comments were very gripping though.

Off-Topic:

Hey Sweetie @ 12:03 PM - did you see SYTYCD use "Mad World" last night and NOT AL's version?!! For Billy and Ade (which was fab)... uugghh, got so excited w/ the opening bars of music, and then my hopes were dashed... and honestly, was mad!!! But AL's version is a little different than that Michael Andrews feat Gary Jules version, and I guess I can see where the dance fit the DD version better...But oh well, I'm still crossing my fingers that SYTYCD will use at least one AL song this season!

OT: I also caught SYTUCD "Mad World and was waiting to hear Adam's glorious voice and was disappointed,[sounded so bland now that Adam has set the bar] but the dancers and routine were so excellent, they made up for it. I liked Tears for Fears original version, but am now jaded and spoiled after Adam made it epic. I heard Allison and Orianthi would be played, but missed first 1/2 hr. Always like to hear Allison. funbunn40

Hey funbunn40 - FYI - I think Alli and Ori are on the results show tonight!!

And truth be told - I was absolutely totally pissed off that they didn't use AL's version... I was just being PC before :)... but I realize I'm also being totally Adam-centric!

OT:
Hey funbunn40 and Sweetie - don't know if this thread is dead and/or if you'll be back or not (I know Sweetie has said she doesn't go back too far on threads to check in) but was wondering if you guys (or anyone) caught what Nigel L. said to Billy Bell when he got eliminated last night on SYTYCD - about the androgyny?? And if you did, was wondering what your take was on that?? After that comment - Nigel also said something to Billy about keeping his feet on the ground, was a bit of a "lesson" or caution tone - haven't really felt like Billy's action/behavior has warranted that kind of tone/statement... kinda irked me regarding Nigel... Billy made one eye roll one time, when, quite frankly, I think the eye roll was warranted. He has sort of laughed at bit lately on results shows, but didn't think he ever did so disrespectfully, more just his way of dealing with it... Anyway, the androgyny comment - interesting

ps. Still say Billy Bell would be someone AL would take a second glance at (again, very elf-ish-ly cute, lol)... and who knows, with Allison I. and Ori performing last night - maybe AL was watching (Ha Ha Ha)... think AL would like the outfit Billy had on (which I thought was also Billy making a statement of F-it - I'm gonna go out being who I want to be...but that was just my fleeting take on it at the time...haven't had time to reflect further)
