Great to see good photos from the band too.

Where is Cam? And is the drummer staying with the band now? I hope he does; he is awesome on the drums. I imagine the tour is alot of work...not much rest. I applaud the support they give to Adam. What an awesome team! They put on one heck of a show. The dancers add alot too. Adam is so unselfish. He coud of been the center of attention with them in the background. However he has chosen the team concept instead of the "I" concept. I am so proud to be his fan.

Longineau will leave at the end of their US tour on Sept. 22. Yes, where is Cam... hello boys... you forgot Cam!:(

So sad LP is leaving (understand, completely, just sad).
Besides the talent, LP is all kinds of yummy, all kinds... actually, they all are in their own way, including Cam...that's Rock 'n Roll

Love the band! They are all talented in their own right. They are all so instinctively in tune with each other and LP is such a big part of the Glamily. I know I'm being selfish, but really hate to see him leave, as he is so talented. I can understand his wanting his own band and having more solo time, playing his own music. I also think he is missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime, as Adam is quickly becoming a worldwide phenomenom and he will never have such broad exposure and opportunity of recognition. I came to see his talent thru' Adam, as most of us and others would also as a result of Adam's fame. Wish he could do both and at least return to the glamily in the future. It feels like losing a family member that will be greatly missed. I wish him well. funbunn40

I don't think it's fair to tie a band member's talent to the singer's talent. The band contributes just as much to the performance as Adam does. If I were part of a band where I became an appendage of the vocalist, instead of someone that stood next to the vocalist I'd consider moving on to. Adam is a wonderful team player, but he will always shine brighter than everyone else. That's what pop music is. I think it's very admirable of Adam to make the point at every show to introduce his band, and dancers - very few pop artists do that. Even when he was on American Idol, he was the only contestant to give props to the band.

That said, anyone who becomes part of Adam's performance will be secondary in the minds of his fans, and there is almost nothing Adam could do to change that (except for maybe learning to play an instrument, but that would change his show in a way that I don't think would be good for him). It's just the nature of pop music vs. rock/indie music where every member of the band has a microphone, and the primary vocalist plays an instrument.

LP doesn't want to be the band for a vocalist, he wants to be in a band. I don't think he is missing an opportunity at all, I think he is creating an opportunity for himself. One that is no better, or no worse than the one he is leaving.

Hey, aside from Ringo, few drummers get more than their 15 minutes. It's anyone's guess, but maybe LP just wants to do something different. It's not like he's jumping off a sinking ship, so it makes it difficult to understand his restlessness. Wish him well. Just hope Monte stays. He is a major part of what makes the whole thing work, but just following his tweets, it seems he is also trying to extend himselt a bit. Sure he misses his real family. It's glam but it's also lonely.

Kinda bet Adam also took piano lessons. Learning an instrument skillfully enough to perform is not an easy task. Adam might want to mess with it when he has time (Not), but why? He has the most beautiful instrument in the world. Everything else takes second place.

"Everything else takes second place." - which is exactly why pop singers have frequently changing bands. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. What makes things seem different with Adam is he is such a team player that his band stands out more than it usually would in pop music. Which is fantastic on Adam's part - but don't get attached to anyone band member ;)

Anon 12:14pm - don't forget the drummer from Rush Neil Peart. He gets a lot of cred too.

@Ermhaske, You also made a very good point of LP creating an opportunity for himself. I don't deny that. GIOW UK, I did meet LP in Charlotte. He was seated directly in front of me with his future mother=in-law and his fiancee's aunt before and during Allison's act. He was really into it. He also took a pic. for me of himself and me, but it didn't turn out. He was very generous with his time with the fans before and after the concert, taking pics. and signing things. A nice, mellow guy. I told him he was the best drummer I had ever heard and he replied, "You are the nicest fan I have ever seen," which was so nice. I would miss any of the band that would leave because they are all so genuinely nice and get along so well with each other. The dancers too.Even Negative Neil that I really don't think is that negative, just creating his own identity. Just love the glamily! funbunn40

Speaking of branching out, did anyone else read a tweet from Monte (?) about performing Sept. 30th at some venue called Genghis ? here in LA? Cassidy Haley was also to perform. Sorry about all the question marks but cant find the note where I had initially written it all down. Adamluv

Longineau was interviewed sometime during their promo tour in Europe and said exceptionally nice things about Adam. I'm sure there's no hard feelings - just Longineau wanting to move on - as so many above have said.

Also - and OT ---- THANK YOU 24/7 for fixing the ad problem at the top of the pages!!!!! Thank you so much! Makes such a difference. No more frustration for me and others. :-) You're the best!

Sorry Longeau leaving the band to return to his Indy roots. That being said, with Adam he does have a chance of being world famous--a few otherdrummers have, Beatles, Stones for starters. Granted he will not be the headliner, but will he be in a Indy Band? Just askin? Adam is very generous w/his band and dancers--don't see many others sharing the limlight.

I didn't have any trouble with the previous layout. But it's good that 24/7 changed it for the people who had problems with it.

Back to Longeau - I think LG leaving the band is a HUGE mistake.

I'm not sure if it was his decision (I think it is).. but to leave Adam's band at the start of his career is...kind of....leaves a bad taste.

But good luck to him though! I hope Tommy will stick with Adam till the end.

Adamluv, I like a darker background too but I think some people had problems with it. (I saw a lot of complaints) But this one is good too!

Hi 24/7 another prob is the recent post list can you make it longer please.... because as you add so much New News 24/7... news just disappears and its a prob using blog achive as you have to wait for everything to load in and it all takes time sorry to be picky

touring is hard, being out of the country touring is harder, esp, when you are newly married and want to be close to home. lp made a good decision to tour with adam and he made a good decision to stay at home with yellowcard. he will always be remembered for his time with adam.

No, very sorry to say that I didn't meet Longineau in Seattle, but Adam Fix did!!! (While she was wandering around with her hot pink 24/7 sign looking for me...) I'd say she really hit the jackpot on that one....Me or Longineau??? Hmmm....( I did get Adam's autograph on my Rolling Stone tho....so wasn't a complete waste of time....)

...i said before Longineau looks like he's from the UK band The Prodigy he looks like the singer...now theres a band to see live..they really do blow your brains out saw them a couple of years ago at isle of wight festival..Loudest band ever they even blew the PA speakers out at the end,Fantastic it was..
whats your views on this new layout i had just got used to the dark background they could of enlarged the letters for folk who could'nt read it...really don't like the white a colour would be much nicer IMO
