What a finale! WOW! WOW! YEAH!!! Not sure this the smartest move for Longeau, but wish him all the best anyway.

Anyone want to bet the dark lipstick was in part a protest to the article about men not wearing makeup. Well I can understand why--MFG he looks too damn good in make up. Most women aren't that sexy with or without makeup. He is just too pretty! Yes, I said pretty--no handbook on that either. My earphones almost exploded when they came out on stage with the dreads on.

anon10:29, not sure it is the smartest move either. I think he should have stayed for the next 4 stateside shows. Such a short time to go. Having said that, "that was some hell of a send off. He is one of the best drummers i've ever heard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" I feel lost now. So,, guess I will get over it. The best ever for him in his future with Joan. MWAH LP!!!!!

Cant see all the videos, damn computer. Adam/Tommy action in IIHY bet sent all the haters into outer space! Sexy and funny! And his comment to Monte "only platonic over here" is hysterical. Such a clever boy. Best part was LP hugging Adam - genuine, warm, loving, spontaneous and a lot more adjectives warranted to describe that moment. Adamluv

Finally got to watch the vids.

Wow! Un-effing-tongue-wagging-crazy-ass-phenomenal

I'm so happy for all those that could be there to partake of it all LIVE!

Secretly hoping they do some incredible stuff at Puyallup.

I HATE TO SEE LP LEAVE, HE IS GREAT. BUT IT IS A GOOD TIME TO BREAK IN ISAAC WHILE STILL ON THIS TOUR, BEFORE GOING OVERSEAS.ADAM IS SMART , AS USUAL, TO PICK THIS TIMING FOR LP TO LEAVE. THEY WILL NEED EXTRA PRACTISE TIME , ADAM DOESN'T WANT TO GO OVERSEAS WITHOUT GETTING USED TO HIS DRUMMER, AND ALSO FOR THE REST OF THE BAND.

It happens that I just watched Rosie O’Donnel’s “A Family is a Family”. Never saw it before… Little children told me what LOVE and FAMILY are. Amazing!

From Adam I’m learning what his Glamily really is about. Bad things have been said about LP, his Internet/UStream behavior and his loyalty to Adam. People have speculated about ‘the real reasons’ for his departure. Adam showed us, all right! This man practices what he teaches! LOVE!
I said it before and I’ll repeat it every chance I’ll get. First and foremost I love the Adam reflected in the eyes of those who know(n) him closely and work(ed) with him. Then I love the Adam from the interviews (and YT concerts). I love Adam in his flip-flops and ogre boots. I’d love even a totally bald Adam! I’d have a blast to the so foreseen GlamRiot :-)). Only the last I love the poster/feather boy Adam (who is astonishingly beautiful, btw). I love the madly creative Adam, the make-fun-of-himself Adam, the take-all-in Adam and the pushing-the-band-members-limits Adam. And I love the Adam who lives/knows/makes the difference between the stage, the illusions of the showbiz and the real life and real relationships.
Geez .. it does sounds like a wedding vow and I really don’t want to marry the man or do anything to/with him! But I DO love him and never felt like this before! And I would love to have a friend like him (maybe with less celebrity bells and whistles).

And I love Paula Abdul - the first Glambert ever, the Oracol of AI. Yes, indeed, he IS ‘the best in every city’ He IS true to himself and he IS ‘in his own league’ and ‘exciting’. He ‘knows who he is as an artist’ and ‘he marries fashion with music’. He dares to ‘dance in the path of greatness’ and his braveness is and will be rewarded by fortune, thank God! Could anyone be more right in his/her statements? I only pray for the last thing to be fulfilled –longevity in the business! I’m not too old, I could witness it and be part of it!

AND I’m so anxiously waiting for my tickets ...to taste the GNT with all my senses! To be ‘dazed and confused’ .. and happy ..and blown way myself! But international mail can be so tricky. I’m not making travelling and accommodation plans until I have those little pieces of paper in my hands.

Best encore and I like reggae too. The granny panties made him smile, but I don't think they inspired him to do the electric WLL :D

These videos were the BEST--loved the long shots in IIHY showing the entire stage. Hard to see this when at the concert. Adam and Company just keeps getting better and better! They were on fire. Great tribute to Longeau. Loved where he came down and hugged Adam. I'm sure he is kind of sad about leaving, whatever the reason is.WWL was the WTF moment of the night Yes!!!

SO SAD LP LEAVING. WHAT A SENDOFF HE GOT. I"LL MISS HIM. ISAAC HAS BIG SHOES TO FILL. LP WILL BE SORELY MISSED BY ALL OF US. GOOD LUCK TO HIM AND JOAN. WILL BE FOLLOWING YELLOWCARD IN THE FUTURE. WILL BE WAITING FOR THEIR NEW CD IN 2011.

Here's another good vid of TCB/WLL @ LP's last show at the Atlanta/Tabernacle show from Libracats - it's worth viewing IMHO. Libracats stays on a bit wider shot a lot of the time, in a good way.

ps. The dark lipstick - DBA...loved it as much here as I did when he blew the roof off that Ryan Seacrest Rock My Town concert at the Highline Ballroom in NYC last February. (One of Adam Fix's favs too I think :)). Check out this WLL vid from that that night -

and then think about what it must have been like to follow that! ;)

Robin - He is sooo Brooke Shields it's not funny.

MGF - oh god. The dark lipstick. It wasn't so much that I loved the look of the lipstick on him (I'm a little indifferent about it, I will confess) - it was when he sensually smeared it all over his face, down his chin and onto his neck that gave me chills and fried my brain forever! I have still not recovered! Good memory you have there, my friend! :-D

And GlammyLadybug - I love all your different versions of Adam! I will take them all. That's what I love about this man...he's multi-dimensional.

When I first watched Suz's videos with the dreadlocks last night, shot from the side, I was cracking up. But now - seeing Adam from the front, with the dreads and the dark lipstick...OMG! He is so sexxxy and pretty! It's a whole new look for him - I love it!!!

Yeah yeah Adam Fix - the SMEARING...absolutely, that's what I meant actually (as we talked about once before, lol). And you gotta check out Libracat's front version of the Atlanta/Tabernacle WLL that I posted the link for above - OMeffingG... Last night, when the craziness of the day was over, I went back and watched it again - Holy Hot Hell, that's a gem right there (the video and the performer).

GlammyLadybug, I've been saying all along that Paula knew from the auditions that Adam was going to be great. I've watched Adams Idol journey many times with the judges comments and Paula hit the nail on the head each performance. Especially her critique of Ring of Fire, "you are true to who you are as an artist, and it kind of sounded like Cashmere Led Zepplin." Everybody always made fun of Paula but I believe her opinions were the best. There is nobody like Adam out there, he is truly unique. I can't get enough of him, I watch all the videos of all his concerts and still am not tired of them, he always changes them up somewhat. "He is unique and different."

OMG, Glitz and Sparkles!! You weren't kidding when you said you were one of the ppl who caught Longineau - how wild!! And it looks like your glasses got knocked off your face at the end...hope they weren't broken!

Nice to have a face to associate with the name...and an "event" to associate with the name (oh yeah, that's glitz&sparkles...remember when she caught Longineau the time he body surfed the most pit?). What a show!!! You will never, ever forget it!

@ Glitzylady, What a concert for you to remember. Historic! Maybe the best one yet! Certainly the most fun and spectacular drum solo, a great display of genuine affection and a testament to how much Adam is loved. So glad you were there!! funbunn40

AdamFix...I didn't have glasses?? Maybe you were looking at a different person? When Longineu flew into us - I'm at his right arm as he is facing up...white top...mouth open..(terrible 'pose'). It happened so quickly and I am definitely proud of us that we didn't all fall on the ground...cuz it was us females that caught him!!

The Tabernacle concert will always be a special one for me. Definitely felt the LOVE there.

@Glitz and Sparkles - I'm gonna completely expose my Massachusetts and say "SO WICKED AWESOME".

That Tabernacle vid that I posted the link for that you were in totally got lost in all that "Pap" story bullsh*t... and it was such a damn good video... such a shame... when the next concert type thread pops up, I think I'm gonna repost the link!

Thanks for your posts here - so cool.
