Priceless! We're going to jail. Looks like Mama Bear about to scold baby bears for being bad bears. Well if the crowd reaction any indication, they were waiting for it and loved it. My daughter who has traveled to these countries told me that Singapore was very conservative. Apparently not, unless they have been carted off by the kiss police.

Everybody wishes this was them! Can't you just imagine?

Hilarious captions! But Monte's facial expression puts it over the top! I love this.

Too freakin funny. Ha, Ha Does anyone suppose that Adam did not know that Singapore is conservative? Nah! He knew, just pushing that envelope, Yeah!!!

Well, from the videos of Singapore's Fever on YouTube it was a pretty conservative kiss. None of the usual wild tongue play this time. *sigh*

Good for Adam for not allowing himself to be intimidated by any kind of repressive forces, as always...

I think Monte was surprised that Adam kiss TJR

He must have performed twice in Singapore because the kiss does not happen in one of the videos.

...and the winner is... MONTE!!!!!!
Priceless expression!!! Good catch!

not from s'pore. stairs look different.but if it is, somebody's gong to 'jail'!!!

Yeah, Monty's face does have the words "International incident...?" written all over it, LOL... they can do some pretty gnarly things to foreigners in the more conservative Asian countries. I'm sure Adam was warned off from the daytime kiss during the second performance. He'd already made his point, though.

LOLMonte!!!

btw, is this really from Singapore?

Anonymous said...

conservative countries are singapore-phils-malaysia-thailand no tour in thailand no thailand though-different culture i guest.

Yes, Monty's face hysterical! But like somebody said Singapore is very concervative city. May it was a reason there wasn't any kiss on 2nd concert. Love how stairs look on 2nd performance. Quality of video much much better!

Actually, the Philippines is conservative, but has openly accepted homosexuality way back. I grew up there in the early 70's and 80's. Gay people are not harassed and always been part of the mainstream community.

One thing to say a Country conservative, but I think not so much the younger people in this country if the noise level that went up during that kiss almost blew my headphones off. With You Tube out there in every Country, they know what to expect. I think second show done during daytime,and probably little ones in the audience. One of the reasons Adam so big overseas is that he is pushing the envelope and his fans want it pushed. That said, Monte looked close to having a serious case of anxiety. Monte seems a serious sort, and they already had the passport debacle with Tommy. Add a noise level guaranteed to break your eardrums, think Monte holding up pretty good.

Monte is looking at them like,"AH, DAMN, are they at that again???????????
Pretty Kitty?? Did some of you make that up or has someone heard Adam call him that? Monte, that look is priceless!!!!!

@5.45
Thailand is world famous for its ladyboys and sex shows, don't really think they're terribly conservative as a whole...
And agree with @8.02 re the PI.

Thailand is also world famous for live sex shows with men and 5 year olds and younger children. You gotta be sick to get into that.

I don't care how far he push the limits in the US and Europe, but why the need to do that everywhere? I think it might be a mistake to do the kissing in China. Isn't Hong Kong under Chinese rule.

Anonymous said...

@Anon 2.21am : Or in Malaysia. I think the govt and media will go apeshit if they actually do that here. I'm with you on this.

Anonymous said...

@11.50
Have been to Thailand quite a few times, have never heard of sex shows involving kids, usually involves more inanimate objects!!!
and @2.21
HK is self governing, it is a Special Administrative region of China,it still has its own flag (see the chart of oct international tour dates), own sports teams etc, and you still need a visa to cross the border. It is also a very multicultural city. For example my kids schools have around 40 nationalities represented.

No problem with the kiss in the Asian tour countries then. Wasn't sure about Hong Kong, so thanks for the info. I read that after the AMA performance ABC received about 1500 complaints.

@ HK fan

Fellow, I hope you may keep us well informed about sweet Adam's venue in Hong Kong, maybe posting some pics or videos (???) Wow, lately you've been acting like quite a good informant about everything going on in your area. Thanks a lot! Good Glambert, gooooood Glambert!!!

To be fair re the kiss, don't know how well it would go down in HK. Probably for the concert goers it would be fine, but outside the venue to the older Chinese population, it would be a no go. But then so would any kissing, as a race the Chinese are not very demonstrative with their feelings. And sexual type pictures are censored in the newspapers etc, blood and gore is fine though. Front pages of the local press will often have pictures of traffic accident victims, I've even seen pictures of people on the pavement that have jumped or fallen off buildings, but show a boob and it'll be blacked out!.

HK fan, love your comment! interesting that like the u.s., blood and gore is ok but sex is taboo.

dana, good point! And to FFs comment about them being at it again with the kiss was hysterical! I do believe that Adam should not be kissing Tommy in the upcoming venues. My concern is that the governments might barr him from entering the country again to perform. He doesnt need the kiss in his show (and that coming from someone who loves that part!) Adamluv

Anonymous said...

And all in Singapore! Who would have ever thought! Adam is relentless, barriers gone and he is awesome!

Anonymous said...

Mr Adam Lambert changing the whole world one day at a time.

Anonymous said...

Yep, he sure has guts and loving it.

@fan4fun
I will probably end up disappointing you re videos and photos, 1) generally HK venues don't allow videoing, and 2) I'm a complete technophobe and wouldn't know how to upload them...
I could ask my older son, but my family just doesn't get my obsession with Adam, so don't know how much he would oblige!
and don't mean to be preaching re Asia, just excited that he's coming to my part of the world, but nervous too as I think Asian audiences will be completely different to what he's used to.
Can't even manage to log onto MJ's, have been trying for the last week or so.
And agree with Adamluv, as much as I love the kissing, probably to be on the safe side he shouldn't do it in Asia.

Oh the might of Adam. He never ceases to amaze us.

Can't wait to see Adam in Japan, Australia and NZ. He will totally rock in those countries. Adam won't have to worry about that nagging US conservative issue!
