at last adam was recognized, hope it is not only for his looks but his natural talent as well i.e. singing. grammy award will be nice for adam to achieve.

In all fairness, People Magazine has featured Adam on many occasions. So, hopefully, the cover in the future. Would prefer to see another Rolling Stones cover personally. Just asking, and besides he sells more magazines than anyone else. Time to do the Idol to Star edition.

this isn't a big deal per se, but Flecking records is a British site, and Adam is really not well known over there, so anything that helps get his name out there has got to be good. I found this site about 3 months ago and they are always very pro Adam, and the comment sections are almost always very positive. Its good to see. And as MGF says, Zoiks on line has picked it up, hopefully a few more will too. So all good.

Chezza-Sherbert went to the Manchester Show...Waiting to hear from her..and how her Meet and Greet went!! Its possible she is still in shock..so it might be awhile!!

Suz tweeted that things were a little crazy before the concert and she had to work hard to maintain her spot in the front of the venue!! Very enthusiastic crowd..of course you can't blame them!!!

Just a comment about the main subject of this thread...Whether or not this was a "major" award, its a "positive" for Adam...those little things add up to big things sooner or later! And a winner is a winner!!!

Yes MGF I followed the whole thing. Adam on his naughty and chatty mood. It was fun.

Probably has to do with venue insurance and possible lawsuits for one reason or another. Suz has done an incredible job of getting Adam out there in the public by way of You Tube. She is to be congratulated for that along with the wonderful videos. BTW HK fan, thanks for heads up on Flecking--I totally agree each and every award is a step builder. So often people just accept things blindly, but I am one to inquire so I know what is going on. And the computer has opened access to no longer living in the dark about anything.

Had some interesting AFL interaction with some old friends I saw who were in town for Thanksgiving, will tell about another time...but let's just say - one more AL fan who has been very quietly admiring was fully outed by me (woot woot) and one more convert made :)!

OT - I was watching my GlamBox DVD at a friends house and twice she walked thru the family room, looked at the TV and said, 'He's kinda cute". (she doesnt dislike him but he's just not her type). During the video of WWFM, she said 'Oh, I've heard that song' but she had never heard IIHY. That really speaks to the fact that it never was played here in So. Calif. I just went back and checked the Zoiks online article about Adam winning this poll, and so far there are 60 comments, and I nearly cried reading them. they were so pro Adam and all saying such wonderful things about him. So different to so many of the comment sections a year or so ago. Well worth a read if you have time.
And @tess4adam,I too often see your comments on line, always doing your best for Adam, and I will admit that I too have a little crush on Zac Efron, he's definitely one that gets better with age.

Just wanted to mention that all of the comments on this Flecking Records article above were very positive as well, except for one, and it wasn't that bad...so its all good..and Adam got over 50% of the total vote, with 12 or so names on the list...everyone one else got a much smaller percentage for each...so YAY!!!! If you haven't seen the comments, just click on the grey "Flecking Records" in the title of the post..and add your own comment if you feel inspired!!! The more comments, the better! Sexiest Celebrity for many many reasons...his appearance only being part of it, although I like that part of it a lot!!

they have two different contests one picked by a poll and one picked by their staff. Adam was still on the one picked by their staff but lower ranking. So I still think it was all good.
