It's quite simple really.
Big fans knows that Adam is a huge fan of true blood.
And Adam finds it ironic and funny and they say the last line. Because Adam himself is rich and gay.
And is a friend of Anna Paquin I do believe. Got it, but not sure I want it. LOL Second thoughts--funny and relevant.

I never saw True Blood or Family Guy so I'm out of the loop altogether!

Friends with Anna Paquin too??? I thought it was Anna Kendrick, but could never keep them straight cuz she's in the other vampire craze Twilight...
I think the last comment in the clip was meant FOR Adam, since he always says it's his favorite TV show and would love to be on it - plus he's gay and now (hopefully) rich. That's why he tweeted it. IMO
