just wait and to see Adam here. I'm not gonna waste my whole night for the performance. If someone is nominated especially for best vocal, they should perform because that's the big deal THE VOICE to hear right??????????????? Ignorance still exist in America eh??????

I assume that by the time the show starts, we will know who won in Adam's category, right? It's supposed to be awarded ahead of time. Or do they annouce those early ones on the show, too? I can't wait to get any glimpse of Adam that I can! Red carpet, sitting in his seat, whatever. I know he's going to look absolutely gorgeous!

I guess I can always watch the Grammys on mute if Adam is not going to perform. My goal is to see him in his seat or at least on the Red Carpet OMG!
If he is actually going to be interviewed I'll be over the moon and of course, I'll turn off the mute button! Can't wait to see sweet Adam!!!!!!!

I don't want to watch because "the singer"
that can sing is not singing but if Adam is there I just want to see his smiling face....I can mute the sound and play Adam's CD..my own little Grammy party for Adam......might even break out the wine,glitter and Votivo candles.......Red Currant of course.

Looks to me like the diamond seats are the only ones easily accessible to the stage on the off chance that someone sitting in them wins. Just saying...

I think, if I'm not mistaken, that the purple section is for the nominees only, not necessarily the winners.

Hope he's sitting right up front in the first purple diamond square. Boy do we need some adam fix or what? lol

i only watch the grammy bec. of adamma lambert. i dont care the rest of the nominees, just adam lanbert.

I doubt he'll be sitting in the front of the purple section, as they;ll be for the nominees who's catagories are televised, so they can get to the stage easily. Adam will probably be at the back of that section with the other nominees that aren't being televised. I remember watching the red carpet last year, and quite a few of them being interviewed already knew thay had won grammys, so when do they find out? Do they get a little ceremony of their own or just a phone call to say Hey you won?
I still don't really want to watch it for a seconds maybe glimpse of Adam, not that I don't want to see him, but (and here my inner child is showing) just don't want to give the grammy people an extra viewing figure, as payback for not picking Adam to perform over a 10 year old and a group of muppets...

@HK fan, I'm right there with you! BTW, who says Adam will be seated there? Where's that info. coming from? Didnt see any info. at the "source."

@ADAMLUV I guess this info about seating charts was in Examiner's post in the morning. And they said that Adam will seat in diamond section.
I never knew that this is possible to buy tickets on these kind of events! Start to save money for next year AMA or GRAMMYS. Absolutely positive Adam will be nominated again and perform!

INFO: GRAMMY'S LIVE STREAM
Adam's category will be awarded in the non-televised part of the Grammy's before the actual televised program. It starts much earlier and includes most of the actual total number of awards...We will see maybe 12 or so actual Grammy's awarded on camera on TV. There will be a LIVE STREAMED program on the Grammy's website that starts at 1:00 PM Pacific Time that will award the other 98 (!) or so categories, including Adam's. The nominees, winners etc., will then be hustled back out to the Red Carpet to be interviewed etc. on camera perhaps before the main show. Apparently that's how it works every year. So if you want to see Adam perhaps on the "pre-show" live-stream on the internet. winning his award, that is the way to do it! Here is the link to the Grammy's pre-broadcast events, which actually begin on Friday the 11th and continue for 3 days through a post -broadcast show on Sunday the 13th. It gives the schedule. I know, its too bad we won't see him perform (arrgghh!!) but who knows, we may at least be able to see him win! Every little bit helps. I'll probably watch the main show too, who knows, we may catch a glimpse here and there of Adam, particularly if he wins his category earlier in the day.. The Red Carpet will actually begin at 12:30 pm and will be live-streamed as well...we might see Adam arrive initially there.

From what I understand Adam will probably be on the "official" Red Carpet section of the live show as well because they send them back out to walk the Red Carpet again, or so I've heard..although the Red Carpet part may be on a different cable channel..I see it listed two different places...on the E! channel AND on the TV Guide Channel...before the actually broadcast in some areas..I don't see the actual Red Carpet portion listed on CBS before the Grammy Awards on my channel guide through the cable company...A bit confusing but check your local listings, as they say! Will probably become more clear as we get closer! Let us nope.. : )

thanks for the info. I don't think I'd be able to watch the pre live stream thoug, as that would be very early morning here, just as I'm making packed luncehes, getting the kids to school, and going to work. They will reshow the actual Grammys show, monday evening here, and the red carpet show normally gets repeated several times on E. I'm still hoping that any clips of Adam will be shown here for all the Overseas fans who may not be able to watch.
