Boring, sounds like I have heard it before.

It's Pop. It all sounds the same. Just like Rap.

I like Jessie J, but it is all sameness. Adam is better than this,type of music, tho I know he loves it. I have faith the new album will show case his vocals well. I have said before that I think Adam is finally becoming aware he has something that all these other "pop" singers dont have. A great voice.

Honestly, heard half of it, (then shut off) they all sound the same to me (another katy perry),ect Rap). I hope adam doesn't go down this cookie cutter pop (rap road, he's so much BETTER than all of this crap on the radio today. Sadly, this is WHAT sells. Adam's 2nd album has got to be spectular to break out of this same old same old music shit we've been in for a decade. crossing my fingers and no one today can do it by adam!

@Jadam:

Agree with you. He knows pop sells, even if he is good at rock. Music today is very complex. I hope he continues to mix up the album, rock, pop, love songs. That way people can pick what they like.
I like the rock edge, maybe because I was a tween when it was introduced.

OT: June 24 to 26, the Electric Daisy Carnival is going to be at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. It was in LA last year. It is taking over the whole Speedway. 18 year and older. Spway is huge.

In Sundays PARADE MAG: "Is there going to be a movie version of WICKED?"
Ans: YES, Universal is in the early stages for a film. This would be great for Adam. We could get him on the big screen, and he already knows the whole show.

US MAG: 4/18/11 issue...Charitable Celeb..Singer Katy Perry partnered with Tickets for Charity for her CA tour. Donations were made from tickets bought through the site. $30,000 was raised for Generosity Water, for clean water in Third World countries. This is good more celebs are helping but.............

This rag mag never has Adam in it, and look what he and his fans did for water. In fact this mag is not worth buying, it has the same people in every mag. Once in a while it will have a little item on anyone who is gay. I don't buy it, it is given to the lady I live with.
Thought these items would interest you.

P.A.S.

P.A.S. I agree, I have seen other celebrities mentioned for charities. Adam has raised so much, think water charity set the record for 1 day on his birthday. Oh well Adam knows and we all know.
You get back what you give away and everything great is and will come to Adam because of the wonderful person he is.

it sounds like elementary music for me. oh adam, you may like this chick but no, her music is not for me. i had enough of that from katy perry.

adam, why is it you only promote ladies music? what is wrong with the guys?

Jessie was on SNL the other nite and IMO, she was nothing special and didnt stand out as anything different than the current crop of female singers. Been there, done that! But at least I didnt turn off the TV and go to bed a few minutes into her performance - which I did do last Sat. when the Foo Fighters started to sing! Dont mean to offend if they have fans on this site - awful IMO! . . . Adamluv

I got bored after one minute and clicked pause.
Adam is always supporting other artists, it would be nice to see them tweet about him more often!

No comment about music...but I could put that money tree to good use. My grandson THINKS his Grandpa and I HAVE a money tree, but alas not so.

I thought the song was more about the words than the music. It was kinda cute

LOVED IT. Of course it's pop. That's what Adam likes. She's soooooo much better than Katy Perry.

This site appears to be dominated by old farts--like me. We're not the most open minded people.

I think we're more open minded than we were before we "met" Adam......he's helping us open some creaky doors and see and accept a lot this old gal was unaware of....or simply not familiar with. A "toast" to the 21st century!....JAK

Guys, don´t hit me. I kind of like this girl... Katy Perry is too tame. This Jessie seems to me much wilder.

This girl's voice is very current. Sure, this song sounds somewhat like others of her ilk but like it or not, this music sells!

Not crazy about songs that include a feat. artist unless Adam were the feat. artist. In fact, I'm sure I heard him as a feat. artist in a song I listened to on YouTube a while back but unfortunately, I can't remember the name of the song now. He sounded great of course! :D

It's wonderful of Adam to promote artists on his Twitter; I just wish they'd do the same for him.

@3:02AM
I agree about songs feat. artists. I hate all these rappers on every f***ing song these days. I hope Adam never ever put a rapper in any of his songs. I will break down and cry if he does.
Listen to JessieJ "Who You Are" (link above). She´s a great live artist. And the lyrics could be sung by Adam.

I LOVE this video and song. Good choice Adam/I will download for sure.

She is adorable and she could be Adam's sister. I liked the song to dance to but it would drive me crazy just to listen to it more than 1 time. I'm not a fan of Pop-girls music that is repetitive like this... but I like her voice.

If you want to hear great voices/music...go listen to "Fleet Foxes".

For what its worth, I thought it was cute, and catchy..and as someone above said, it had a little message. And again, it is more "dance music" than something to just listen to in your car, etc...I haven't listened to anything else by Jessie yet, but this was fun..not deep, and the subtle Reggae beat was nice. Not that I'm going to run out and buy it......

No, Jessie J is NOT another Katy Perry..She's way better! Her songs don't all sound the same either...She's got a pretty good mix on "Who you are" if you ask me. Pop, Jazz, some slow voice showcasing tunes and Do it like a dude is off the hook....can't really put it in a genre if you ask me...but I'll give it a go....Rockin' hip hop? If you've never heard Jessie J live, look at her live Vevo videos....especially the subway series...Her voice is ridiculous. As a matter of fact, Justin Timberlake says she has the best voice in music right now.
