Is the New Album Will Be Serious????
I miss performance!!! On kisses with Tommy, on wild dances on a scene!! A serious album... Serious tour... Whether there will be there a place for mad fun on a scene?....

Adam will always mess around. He's just a fun loving type of guy.

He didn't say serious what. Serious rock? Monte said it will surprise us, with a rock vibe. I guess they want to keep us guessing. He has worked with rockers, pop, and other artist. We may get a love song, cause he is in love.

In a way I hope he doesn't do the Tommy thing, it has created a lot of problems amoung fans hating on Sauli, and some hating on Tommy, and even worse hating Adam. He may do some dirty dancing, or come up with some thing else to amuse his fans. In my opinion his voice is enough, and to just look at him.

Hard to tell with Adam, because Adam is an entertainer. He did tell Michelle, that he had to decide who he is, as an entertainer.

Whatever he sings I will enjoy his beautiful voice, along with his sexy moves.

Love the gif! Looking forward to the sophomore album, but Adam has a rep to protect ! Gotta keep that sex symbol image , he's one of a kind!
Mwah!!! K

Looking forward to the next album. And ladies! Don´t be afraid. Adam CANNOT be anything but sexy, no matter how serious the songs are. And maybe the "serious" means more like "songs from his heart" stuff.

Being in love makes you serious. The feelings are not only sweet. If you are seriously in love your feelings can actually be very painful too.

I'm sure that the next album will give us a better ride than the first one indeed.

Adam is very creative and a genius young artist. No one in his generation can do what his doing right now. So folks fasten seat belt when you see him again live in concert.

I'm really excited indeed!!!!

Doh, @eva,
just watched that and came straight on here to post the link, thought I might get in first for once....but no, late to the party again!

I think Adam means more serious with his vocal up and right in front but still rock it out hard. Definitively need to move away from the Tommy stuff, if a band member can create such a riot, it is time Adam has to reinforce his act without anyone involve. He should be the only main focus on his next tour.

First of all, LOVED the link! Hilarious! Second, I dont' think we have to worry that Adam's next album will be BORING or not exciting just because he says it will be more serious. Adam is a genius and will make a great album that we will love. A year from now, we'll know every song by heart. AND I know he will make his tour show just as SEXY as GNT, but in a new way. He knows there are tons of us who love him REAL SEXY, and he likes it, too. It doesn't have to be Adommy. He'll make it new and fresh and great!

I'm so excited about the new album, it's no secret that I don't like POP music and I think Adam is choosing his cowriters with care and diversity. There's going to be some songs with "staying power" on the new album I'm sure.
Loved the clip of he and Nikka. I do love him when he's silly!.................JAK

It's ok with me, if there's gonna be less songs like Fever and Strut. That music is passe. Of course it's still going to be a rock/pop album. More dark maybe. I like brit pop and I wish he would collaborate with Robbie Williams. Robbie's got awesome dark sense of humour. I also like the seriousness of the Hurts.

Can't wait to see what he is going to do with this second album. He seems to be collaborating with some of the best in the music industry today. And he seems to be taking his time rather than having to rush through the process for the first album in about three months after AI and during the tour. Whatever the final result, I am certain that it will be a huge success since all his fans are waiting anxiously for its release. It's probably the most highly anticipated album in the music industry at this point.

A lot of the US pop music is overproduced. We don't have that problem in Europe. Maybe Adam should record his album here. To me the voice is not enough. I want music too. I watched the Idol performance once and never again. Really pisses me off, he never performed the original version of Aftermath live.

Anonymous said...

There is a great diversity of likes and dislikes among Adam's fans. Aftermath was the only song on the FYE album that I didn't like. I used to hit the skip button and go straight to Broken Open.

It wasn't until I heard him sing it on tour with just Monte playing that I realized it was a beautiful message song......and then of course when the remix came out I couldn't stand it!!!!

We all hear these songs differently but love the singer.......JAK

Anonymous said...

JAK, would you stop being a fan if Adam once performed the album version of Aftermath?

Anonymous said...

I agree on the over production of U.S. pop. I think there aren't that many artists who have truly astounding vocal ability, or in Ke$ha's case, any vocal ability. The result is hyper produced background that covers vocal imperfections. Adam doesn't need any of that, but the producers still keep pushing it, just as they have with Christina Aguilera. Both Adam and Christina could kill a song with no music in the background at all.

Anonymous said...

Adam and Christina singing together without any music? I assume that is humor.

I can't think of anything that would make me stop being a fan of Adams and if it meant I got to see him I would gladly watch him sing the album version of Aftermath. Now that I know what the lyrics are I could even enjoy it.

As I explained I didn't hear or "get" the lyrics until I heard him sing it with Monte........JAK
