good news!! OT: .I just heard some sad news, when Adam was on AI this year they were all goofing around to that Dougie dance and I just read the creator of that dance was killed in a drive by shooting. So sad.

Still pisses me off that his name wasn't on there- makes me want to vote all the more. Screw ABC but let's prove them wrong. Go Vote!

I wish they had said Adam was dancing lambada instead of the odd dougie dance. I wonder if Adam skips Idol finale. What's the point in sitting there in the audience for free. He doesn't owe it to them. The gig in Russia is more important. Anyway, that BMI award is great news.

OT, OT!!! Geeez!

Just came from Twitter and the Russian fan sides. Moscow Gay Pride march was cancelled last year in order of the Government of Russia.

This year they are planning a new try for the Pride march 2011 in Moscow. And the date is... 28.5!! Now I heard that the march is prolly cancelled again!!

The same day Adam is performing. As Adam is openly gay the gay-community and openminded folks are now worried about the effect of the cancellation and Adams performing. I´m not sure if I understood right but Adams management (or something) have asked more security for Adam.

A bit worried, but I hope everything goes ok with Adam!!!!!

I wrote something similar on another thread about Russia. Yes, I too hope they increase security for Adam. Historically, the Russian government has not been homosexual friendly. Mixed feelings on his performing there on their Pride Day. Last year, as I understand it, those who wanted a parade had to try to get to the street in Moscow without detection and even then the parade only lasted a few minutes. I think Adam being out and proud will be a strong, positive message to the gays of Russia. I just hope Adam is safe while he is there.

Are there any Russian fans on this site that can address this? We are going on reports and conjecture. I, for one, would appreciate clarification from someone who lives in Moscow.

I think Americans worry about Adam's safety when they can't follow him wherever he goes. I noticed that last year. They were also suspicious about Finland at first, maybe still are.

If Adam has a big empty house, there is no way Sauli is paying to stay in a hotel, get real people. They are together at every occasion since he came here.

I don't see how the cancellation of the parade threatens Adam. I'd think it's the other way round - if the parade is cancelled, the gay-haters will be satisfied at their victory, and that would be it. But if the parade goes on as planned, they might want to take out their rage at someone.

I found where to vote for the Billboard Fav Artist..& voted quite a few times..Adam should have been asked to perform or present @ least.You can vote over & over by writing in his name under"other"...I hope it's not too late.

The cancellation of the parade is due to intolerance of gays. I suspect there will be high emotions on all side. Let's hope that all is well and uneventful, other than Adam putting on a GREAT show!

Adam will show the Russian how phenomenal he is as a singer and they all can enjoy and have fun while he rock out the concert. He will come and go within 2 days like Malaysia, nothing to worry about.
