Adam was being Professional and respectful that night. He gave Kathy her moment but she was really in to be with Adam and it was a treat indeed.

Thank you for the vid Suz. Kathy is so funny and Adam has such a quick sense of humor. Is there anything that man doesn't have. He sounded amazing even in those few moments. Such a class act and an inspiration to us all!

Yes, yes, yes! He always acts with class. I wanted him to get up on stage with her, but he knew it was her moment and let her have it, until of course, she came to HIM. Then he was witty, generous, in control, and charming as hell. She just about melted. His instincts for handling these situations is unparalleled.

The difference between Adam and so many of the crop of charting singers today is that HE can actually sing well when put on the spot like this. Try to picture Brittany or Ke$ha or even Katy Perry being pulled from the audience to sing without the voice augmentation and electronic manipulations.

I thought it was very classy for Adam not to run up on stage.

I guess the F word is fairly accepted now - I still have trouble with it's common use as I'm older and grew up in a family where there was no swearing in conversations.

Sorry guys, I've gotta catch a plane and I'll be out of the country for a few weeks....going to Israel for the birth of my baby grandson!!! I can't stay away from Adam and the Glamily though, so I'm taking my iPad2 with me!! Hope it works. Loved how Kathy begged him and then wanted to sit on his lap! She was like putty in his hands, and his voice was like warm honey. Can't wait to see the Do Somethings. Even if he doesn't win, it's worth it to see him there where he belongs.

I thank you and others for your concern for my family emergency. It was my grandson who was in medical trouble not me. A freak thing that still has no explanation. He's 23 and in great shape and passed out with severe chest pains...
his mom and dad and grandpa and I sat outside CCU for almost 2 days, crying and laughing. It's a trait in our family, when we are terrified we get silly, a defense against fear I guess. As soon as pain let up he kept sending us photos and texts from his nearby room. Cardiologist and Radiologist did every test imaginable for his heart...nothing wrong...but B.P. was thru the roof and temp. He sent photos of his brief gown, really brief since he's 6'5", all his wires, tubes, monitors, a couple pretty nurses, ECG,sono machine, etc. Then he was seen by epidemiologist, pathologist got buckets of his blood, at one point they thought he may have been poisoned! It was hell and he was shooting us photos and one liners! I don't know why they didn't take his phone away! Don't 23 year olds get scared? His mom and I were doing the usual praying (well, really typical bargaining) with God. At one point as we held hands I looked at her and said "I've offered God everything but my first born child...which is, of course, you!"
She said "don't worry about it, I offered you and me both hours ago!"..All his vital signs returned to normal and they have no idea what caused his collapse.....they will continue to do tests on his blood but said he could go home.
He works in the most prestigious hotel in the city and is exposed to people from every country in the world...princes, celebrities, heads of state, etc. so he could have been exposed to a foreign substance that reacted on him but no one else in the hotel...???? What a scare! He's our one and only next generation! Nothing else in life matters when your nearest and dearest is threatened.......Life as normal continues, I hope!......JAK

I am so glad that things turned out fine, even though diagnosis is still unknown. So funny that you and your daughter offered each other up! It sounds like a sense of humor definitely runs in the family. :) I hope your grandson continues healthy for a long time to come!!!

Thanks for kind words....he seems okay. But any adverse blood results will be reported to govt. agency who keep us safe from toxins! Meanwhile he's leaving in two days to fly to PA with girlfriend for her grandmother's birthday party.
The grandmother has a crush on him......like Adam he's big with grandmas!....the sweetness and humor get them!......JAK
