Wow looking hot. I guess the heavy makeup was for the camera. Don't unstand the large drawn on eyebrows, but we all know Adam loves his Medgies.

Two different nights, two different looks...both spectacular. Adam is burning up the screen with the pictures and vids we have seen from these two appearances. If anyone still doesn't know who Adam Lambert is by now, they must be living in a cave. I love Adam's spiking blue hair and the eye makeup, so sexy. This is excellent exposure for him for his coming album. Beiber or Gaga is going to win everything, they are the commercial product and money maker for those music people, just can't be compared with Adam's pure talent.

This is going to sound rather Pollyanna-ish but I'm not upset Adam didn't "win" this contest, because that is what it truly was..a voting contest. A little disappointed but not mad or upset. As others said, with Justin Beiber and Lady Gaga in the picture, there was really a slim to none chance for him to win. They have large and very dedicated fan bases. We are dedicated but smaller in number. I think people did their best. As to the above comment about Flecking Records: I don't think that poll had anything to do with interfering the voting in this larger contest. Assuming that was meant as a joke : ) Its an informal poll of short duration, fun to participate in, and I love Flecking Records for their constant support and promotion of Adam in the UK and elsewhere.

I feel personally that I would much rather flail about the honor Adam was given last night at the Los Angeles Equality Awards. Adam was selected by them to be recognized for his contributions for being a positive role model, etc.. A huge honor for him personally. Not as "visible" as the VH1 DoSomething Awards, but I'm sure it meant so much to him. We know what a generous and loving soul Adam possesses and although we all know he deserves to be honored for his caring heart, it was pretty cool that he was nominated for a DoSomething Award. It was noted that we as fans had a lot to do with that nomination because we feel he is so deserving. It's always a very nice thing to to have your name connected with Charitable Giving and Fundraising, as a human being, and not just as a celebrity. I'm glad he was able to go, to be a presenter, be visible, and to have the recognition, even if he didn't "win".

The true winners are/were the other human beings that Adam has helped through Donors Choose, Charity Water, The Trevor Project, and It Gets Better, through his generosity, his Voice, and his fans. Not to forget the "Aftermath" Remix. So proud of Adam. We know he's a winner!

Did you know that I am again in the hospital? Diverticulitis, this time, you can't imagine the pain. No food or water during 4 days, ice on the belly (thanks God it's summer)and a diet for life (no more peanuts, seeds, etc.)

I am sure Adam didn't do the things for charity for an award. I really wanted him to win ,because I know his heart and intentions are in the right place. Loved seeing pics and vids from both nights of Adam, but I must say I liked his look for the Calif. Equality Awards much better. He looked a little too harsh, dark with the outfit and makeup for the VH 1 show. But the main point of both evenings was recognition for Adam and what he has done or inspired in the lives of people. He is a positive role model and sets a good example for those individuals who are not part of the so-called "norm" in society. We all know how amazingly talented Adam is. We also now see that he is articulate, witty, humble and self confident. He is happy and in love and it certainly shows on his face. So nice to see Sauli and his mom at these awards programs, probably the two most important people in his life.

Just look at that cougar Rose McGowan getting her meat hooks into the Glam one. They said she was so touchy in his presence. where was Dish of Salt lurking during all of this? hmmm

Giving isn't about the awards, and I doubt that Adam gives and supports charities to be acknowledged. Although I suspect we all would love to see him "win", he doesn't need to. It seems odd to me that people would "vote" for who did the most for charity. What would make sense to me is the VH1 would select the top 5 for their charitable work and then honor them as a group. A "winner" for charitible work, inspiration, or contributions seems really very odd to me.

I read that Beiber donates one dollar from every ticket sold to his concerts. That would really add up. Not sure where I saw this of how many concerts it was.

Adam gives more than money as well. He gives of himself in his being so open which helps others to be themselves and who they are meant to be. This seems to me also like a gift that changes things for the better.

Watched a Bio of Elvis yesterday from 35-58, and he went through much the same type of crap being accepted as Adam has, just for different reasons, but mainly for being different. This was a voting contest, and I am happy that Adam was recognized for his efforts to help others. Pretty sure Bieber's mgmt is gifting money here and there, but wonder if he even knows who or how much. Thinking out loud, no offense intended. Adam will not doubt be on the Fashion Police this week, and probably not get any favors.

That line of eyeliner on the sides of his nose is driving me nuts lol. He looks fantastic though.

I am not a skin care expert. I would think that Adam would have checked that out already with all those places in LA and Hollywood catering to the stars. Don't all hate on me, but why is his hair so high?? I love adam to death, but when these events get televised it's probably better to tone down abit- he has the same AMA award looks. Adam will be Adam. He will dress how he wants and wear his hair and makeup the way he wants. That is what makes him so special. We as his fans may not always like the look, and we do express our opinions here. But any time I can see pictures or vids of him, I am happy. He does great interviews, very articulate and honest. It was a good weekend for him with these recognitions or awards that he so deserves. He has such great fans,so devoted and passionate in their support of Adam. They are all ages, both sexes, different backgrounds, straight and gay, etc. I just luv, luv, luv this man!

Adam has a lot of friends (queens for one) who have plastic surgery...it's not a bad thing...he said he is vain and likes to look pretty...I see nothing wrong for a person in his professional getting a little enhancement.
BTW, I like him the way he is except if he had his complexion done, he would not have to wear some much foundation...

Adam's fan for ever!

Adam has the best entourage in Hollywood (Leila and Sauli). Only people he loves - no hangers-on.

Access Hollywood did that nice interview with Adam where he talked about his great fans and how they would devour his second album. Then on AH tonight (Mon) all they showed was a 20 second head shot of Adam - none of the interview at all. They only showed interviews with Kim K and David Beckham. Why do I feel like Adam and we Glamberts don't get enough respect?

I love him just the way he is,even though he looks like a grown up Eddie Munster with hair style and eyebrows! I'm sure he could pick out a few faults with my hairstyle and make up too!

Suggestion for Do Something Awards:
Top 4 nominees of each category be given an award because they would have done a lot for humanity one way or another. I always look at the intention and purpose first, always. Then an overall award for the one deemed the most outstanding. This will do justice to the nominees. I have heard from comments that if it had not been for Adam, they wouldn't even be alive to write those comments; that to me is the ultimate Do Something.
