Sasha is such a sweet, down to earth person...like Adam, honest, sincere, creative, positive thinker. She's definitely a winner for all the right reasons. I'll be going to see her on the SYTYCD tour!

This is what Nigel said at press conference:

"She [Melanie] is a great performer as well as a stunning technician," he said. "The edge she has to a certain degree is that she is a passionate dancer from her heart, but she's also a performer. That means even when she doesn't like it, doesn't feel like doing it, she can still perform. Sasha for me, feels it lives and if she isn't feeling it, it's harder to bring it all the way up for us."

Well, as Nigel himself said, he is fickle. He seems to live in his brain about dance. I don't want to argue with him. Actually, as a TRUE artist, if you are not feeling it, then you can't dance, sing, or paint it or write it.

Rock on Sasha, you are so amazing in every way. I love how you opened up as a young artist, but you will continue to open to your path, and not the path of placating the American TV watching public.

Keep an open heart and an open mind girl!!!

The more I see her the more I admire her.I wish she really would explore acting, the career of a dancer seems so short.

Sasha is such a great dancer!!! she will dance her way through life and be so famous ,i hope all her dreams come true. I noticed SASHA in glam nation on tour last year great, great,, Now she is in same class as ADAM. CONGRATULATIONS.

I loved how her face lit up and the smiles came when they brought up Adam.

Her speech about "I've already won" echoed Adam's speech, but I still saw disappointment in her eyes. There was quite a lot of money involved too. But I know she will have a great career.
btw, Nigel is full of sh*t.

Wonder if second and third get any money? Haven't seen that they do, but probably will be paid for the tour. I am sure that a lot of Sasha's confidence came from touring all last summer with Adam and his GNT.

A real dancer is not a money maker for sytycd. A real dancer HAS to FEEL the dance so that the audience can in turn be moved. Sasha MOVED me when she danced contemporary. So did Marko.

On another thread here someone said that Katie Holmes said something about Sasha's dancing this season. I had to miss a couple of shows, and it must've been one of those. What did she say and does anyone have a link to it?

It's pretty disappointing to see all the negative comments about Melanie on here. I get it, people will be bitter when their pick doesnt win. Slandering the person who did win won't change anything. You cant be angry at Nigel for the outcome, regardless of what he says. Votes are votes.

Both of the girls are beautiful dancers and I would have been happy for either of them to win. Can only be one at the end of the day. So save the negativity more important issues.
