I saw this video earlier - it's a real keeper.
Sam Sparro's intro was great, loved the footage of Adam's journey and his speech said it all.
Adam shone. (:+D
Heartfelt and very proud indeed..
Will and Grace helped him to ease his vulnerability.
I love this man dearly.......
My heart is so happy.....and full of the wonder of Adam Lambert..........he is an unusual and "complete" kind of person. I'm not sure even at my age that I have so entirely accepted my real self as much as Adam has accepted himself. Maybe when you let go of what you should be and accept who you are a certain peace comes to you, I'm 75 and still waiting for that complete feeling of "I've arrived, this is who I was meant to be"! But I feel closer to that point every day......JAK
Was that a feather hanging off his butt? hahaha. He is so cute. His wording is always so sharp and respectful. Would make a great talk show host among other things. His options are limitless. A true original! Love him!
So happy to see Adam being praised by the LGBT community, he totally deserve this. Baby, keep showering yourself with all those glitter and makeup that make yourself comfortable. Make great music in your own way. Adam is too beautiful to look at! <3<3<3
Dear Adam! Even though I won't have the opportunity to meet you, you will be a very important part of my life. You changed my point of view about myself and the way I think about life and the people around me. Thank you so much for that. Wish you all the happiness in the world! You deserve it!
I admire - among so many other things - that he realized his responsibility as a proud gay man to be more vocal in his support of the LGBT community. He only wanted to be a singer and entertain people, which he does magnificently, but he now realizes his obligation to the confused youth out there to be a shining example of "it does get better". What a fine man he is. God, I love him - LL
I have to agree with everyone who commented above! @LL I love also when he states his responsibility to confused youth who feel different. He has found that his voice is more than just for music, but for equality as well. I think he finally has begun to realize that his role is more than to be an international superstar. He is meant to be a voice for equality as well. The man touches my heart so deeply.
I have yet to figure out how someone can not love this man. A role model indeed.
Sister
Lovely speech, lovely man! Adam is so real and he comes across as real. He looked and sounded fabulous. If that was an off the cuff speech, you nailed it baby!
Adam is truly a wonderful role model and his speech was great. He is so confident. When you think of how he felt in high school and how he feels about himself now it must give teens a lot of hope, gay or not. High school can be a rough time no matter what and it does get better no matter what issues you are dealing with. Adam came to us not just to hear his beautiful voice but to spread the message of love and acceptance. I am so proud to be a fan and no other artist has touched my heart so deeply!
Thank goodness everyone has said everything I wanted to say!
Thank you Adam for being you! & thank you for that wonderfullness you share! Mwah!! K
WOOTS!
Dear Adam, Congratulations !!! You are a role model for everyone !!! Every time you speak or sing you share your beautiful spirit with everyone !!! Love always...
It is wonderful to see him recognized as a role model. Be proud of who you are and don't let others bring you down. I was in tears seeing how much he has gone through. I'm glad he came on the scene and changed so many peoples minds, including mine.
love this man he is so awesome..great speech from a great man..he is beautiful and mad world with kathy was great
I hope this opens the eyes and hearts of many. It is time for change and thanks to Adam I think it will come. So proud to be his fan. He is indeed the whole package! Looks, music extrordinare, and a heart of gold and he is getting stronger. Everything he has been through prepared him for today! He has arrived in so many ways.BS
Agree with all the posters above! I love him more every day! ... Adamluv
How refreshing to see the honesty, intelligence, complete transparency of this beautiful man after hearing all the phony crap of the politicans.
Adam Lambert is doing so much to change the world. Agree with above--how can anyone not love this man and what he represents and manifests.
Wierd Fucking Faggot. I want that on a shirt!! with Adam's picture...NOW
Congratulations on your well deserved award!
Adam Lambert, being authentic, wonderful, living according to their core values, their experiences, intelligent, honest, objective, courteous, respectful, his art lives with passion, love, always united to support and defend the flange human rights!
Adam a role model!!

I ADORE everything about Adam – his voice, his music, his looks, his personality, his intelligence, his wit, his generosity, his spirit, his work ethic, his dedication to his craft, his love for his family and friends and all of his other outstanding qualities – but I’m not sure calling himself a wff is going to win him any brownie points with some members of the public at large. I’m not offended by it but there would be people who are offended by it and maybe he’s not going to lose the ‘openly gay singer’ tag any time soon, as long as he talks about himself in that vein. I truly hope I’m wrong about this because I know Adam wants to be known as a singer period. I guess only time will tell.
Adam, you make me proud to love you, proud to be your fan!
@1:31 AM
I'll admit the WFF made me cringe a little too, but he had an audience of people he felt safe with. I am sure he would not have used those words to a nationwide audience. And it makes me wince to hear those words whenever I hear them.
Adam is so eloquent and well-spoken, a great communicator, teacher and uplifter. I would definitely like to see him as a TV show host, or something.
