Love Adam's laugh during the other judges'critical comments. Adam's observations were very right on. He knows exactly what men in a rock band should or should not wear. He watched, his listened and then said what he thought of each design. I thought this was a difficult challenge and overall did not turn out to be interesting or fashionable.

OFF TOPIC:

A positive article from Neon Limelight:

Adam Lambert Working On New Music With Pharrell Williams
September 23, 2011

Sometimes the oddest pairs end up being the most epic, and it seems Adam Lambert could be on to something with his latest pairing.
The GOLDEN VOICED glam-rocker has revealed he’s been in the studio working on new music with super-producer and entertainer Pharrell Williams.
“Woops – forgot to tweet about being a judge on @projectrunway tonight at 9! I was busy recording smash’s w @Pharrell!” Adam tweeted last night. (In case you missed it, watch Adam on Project Runway here.)
In an earlier tweet during a Q&A with fans, Adam said he was “extremely honored” to work with the fashion-forward Williams, adding, “I don’t think y’all are ready for that!”
The Q&A unearthed more details about Adam’s highly-anticipated sophomore set, like its sound (“Some of it’s really fun and upbeat yet honest and real. Other tracks are moody, dark. Both sides of me.”) and how it’s different from his debut, For Your Entertainment (“I think the production style is more progressive and forward thinking then in the past”).
Adam’s second studio album was pushed back from the originally projected fall release until early 2012, but the set’s first single should be coming next month. No word yet on whether or not it will be his collaboration with Williams.

@glitzylady

Thanks for keeping us up to date on the latest all things Adam.

I've heard Adam say in another interview that some of his new songs are moody and dark like he is. I see this beautiful person, this "Golden voiced glam rocker" and would never consider that he could be moody and/or dark. I guess he's kept a few secrets from us after all. Or maybe what he thinks is moody and dark is far different than my definition/ interpretation of those words.

Well thank goodness for these clips. I didn't feel I saw enough of Adam last night. This helped fill the craving
THANKS!!
He is brilliant isnt he

And...here's another great review of Adam's time on PR!

ADAM LAMBERT IS THE GUEST JUDGE PROJECT RUNWAY CONTESTANTS LOVE MOST from Popdust (link below..)

It was only a matter of time, but we’ve taken second helpings of the Adam Lambert Kool-Aid. Credit Thursday night’s episode of Project Runway and his stint as guest judge as responsible for putting us over the edge. While some may shudder at the term judge—thanks to lasting memories of past DUIs or simply the scars of adolescence and/or that time you were in a beauty pageant—we prefer to use “one who gives an authoritative opinion” as its multipurpose meaning, allowing us the convenience of not seeing “those who judge” as people looking to pick apart our flaws, but rather experienced evaluators filled with constructive criticism that can only make us better as a whole. A lot of earnest words in one sentence, we know.

As a guest judge for last night’s challenge that somehow involved The Sheepdogs, Lambert was just that: helpful yet decisive, and well received by both the contestants and the show’s fans. He took on the role of the friend who will tell you that high-waisted skirt might not be the best option since it makes you like Dumbo, BUT that your hair looks really, really good. “The guest judge I enjoyed the most I mean by far was Adam Lambert,” said designer Joshua McKinley in the Project Runway video diary. “He was really critical, but without being hurtful about it,” added Anya Ayoung-Chee. Appropriate for the nicest man on Twitter, yet too many of those niceties strewn across a designing show could lead to some really fugly shirts ending up on his doorstep with an expectation that he’ll wear one in his next video.

And while we know we can’t bring him to every wardrobe consultation or impromptu freak-out in the ladies room of a crowded bar of our own, that doesn’t stop us from wishing we had our own personal Lambert to get us through life’s metaphorical runway shows. Lambert’s schedule is getting busier by the day, with upcoming appearances on All On The Line and Majors & Minors, where he’ll most likely boost the egos of countless self-conscious pre-teen performers while dashing the hopes of others—but nicely!—as well as that promised new single that’s arriving “soon.” Have at the clip below, Glamberts. And tell us: Is he the best, or the best ever?

I think most of us know what a really nice person Adam Lambert is since he first came on American Idol. He is so talented in addition to being articulate, smart, self-confident, and witty. All eyes are on him when he is in a room and whether in an airport, in a local store or just on the street, eveyone wants to have a picture taken with him. And now he is in demand to be a judge or a mentor on several shows. I think there are a number of people who believe that Adam has just disappeared after his first album. They don't know about the GNT, his various recent appearances on these different shows or maybe even that he is finishing production on his second album. He has been busy. But for all those non-fans or fence sitters, once this second album is released, they will certainly realize that he is best vocal talent in the music industry today. I can't say enough about this man who had me at that first note that he sang on AI during season 8. The music industry seems to be going through a lot now, not necessarily good,but I believe that Adam will bring back some of the spark and enthusiasm that many of us felt as we watched him perform week after week on a show that gave us this very special person.

@Fan4fun

I hope you are able to enjoy the latest of our Beautiful Sexotic boy and that you are feeling stronger each hour that passes. Blessings to you.

@Icon

It is up to you as the man of the house to look after mommy and not be too standoffish. Give her some purrs and head rubs now and then so she knows you love her.

@glitzylady all articles about Adam as a guest judge were all positive. But worst comments by non-fans about Adam and his fans is in this article:

Adam is focused on the job at hand and based his critiques on whether the clothes designed were relevant rockstar fashion-wear. He nailed it when he said, a particular piece did not make him feel like it was for a rock band. Frankly all the designs didn't make me feel that at all with the exception of the braid-fringed jacket. Another remark by Adam pretty much sums up the whole participation...like an eighth grade production of....
Oooooh Adam looked so handsome, less is more in this case regarding his makeup. Adam's eyes may be enchanting but definitely sharp.

@adamlambert Sorry, gorgeous, I forgot you don't like any pattern cloths.
But I am sure you like this shirt and jeans Luno made for this show. I know you love this leather jacket. Cause everything about leather, am I right?

Adam looks so drop dead divine.

HIS HAIR looks SENSATIONAL!!!

Many thanks to those who posted links to the yummy photos of Adam - soooooo gorgeous.

Sadly, the Lifetime channel won't make their video clips available for viewing in my country. :-(

Just can't bringn myself to read the link to the non-fans commments about Adam on PR. Don't want to ruin my day. His lovers far outnumber his haters.

Why the hell isn't he on more TV? The man rocks whatever he does! Get with the program, television suits...you are missing a golden opportunity here.

Maybe he isn't on tv more because of his previous management team. Or maybe those in control don't want him all over the place doing things not necessarily associated with music. Or maybe there is just some jealousy or envy there because he is so nice and well-liked. Who knows. Whatever the reasons, we are getting to see him on various shows now either as a mentor or a judge. This all could be leading up to the release of his sophomore album and its first single. Adam is not out there just slapping his name on some new fragrance or a line of mediocre clothing for K Mart, Kohl's, Target, etc. Whatever Adam intends to do will be with class and style. As a judge or a mentor, he gets glowing reviews from everyone. I would love to see more of him on tv also, but I think there is a plan out there with the focus of getting Adam back into the public eye a little at a time with the anticipation of what is to come.

This PR appearance is certainly a winner! Adam was in his best element and he was able to give honest critiques without being derogatory at all. He is a bona fide fashionisto and is most deserving to be a judge in this show!

Now having watched this extra clips saddens me a bit with the editing that was done but what do i know. I just felt that Adam's more relevant constructive criticisms were left out.

But anyway it doesn't really matter anymore because almost all the reviews were positive and more people are starting to appreciate him for his other skills. I hope that this would generate renewed interest in our MFB's music as well.

Congratulations Adam on your PR episode.

OT
@CT - it took me a while before i could watch the videos. And if you say that he was being shown more compared to the other guests then that's fantastic. They showed him some love there and i'm very grateful to the management & crew of PR! Thanks so much for the shout out in an old thread CT :-D

I think Adam would put Outlaws of Love in the moody and dark category. It's a plea for understanding. If he has anymore like that one I would be happy. It's truly beautiful, makes you think and feel........I imagine the long awaited single will be an "up" song......JAK
