Looking so very hot and sexy!

Uh oh, he's gonna wear that? Fashion Police will be ready for him.:)

No, I don't believe shalt'd is a word, how about shan't instead. :)

It's okay with me if he wears it, he can wear anything he wants as long as he has hair! :)

This is one of the latest articles about Adam. He is talking about his fashion

http://celebs.gather.com/viewArticle.action?articleId=281474980817801

Be honest, I didn't get it. He said that FYE was campy. Oaky, I got it. Now Adam said that his clothes too was campy and too glam rock and...etc and now he is gonna wear high fashion clothes!
So, does it mean that Glamberts army isn't such a "glammy" anymore?

Try to find the new name as a HIGHFASHION army!!!
This is hilarious

If you dressed in "high fashion" clothes this is doesn't mean that you're buying "high taste" shoes or pants or jackets.
Adam got his fame as glam rocker star. Now he's saying that it was campy.
What does this mean?

Anonymous said...

Forgot to add.
Adam's blue shoes are deff "high fashion"!!!! Oh, yes!!! This is "Walmart High Fashion"!!!

I think Adam would make a lot of many if he put his "glammy" clothes on ebay.
Also, have you ever saw Adam's pink tie? This is his last donation on cancer sociaty!!!

Anonymous said...

Sorry, I meant "cancer charity"!

From Tacky to High Fashion! Go for it, Adam!!!!!

I think the name can stay, but I am so grateful to see the Glam clothes go and all the costumes from GNT. They turned off a lot of potential fans. My best friend called him Liberace Jr. I threatened to demote her to 4th or 5th best friend for that. He was profoundly influenced by the film The Velvet Goldmine and wanted to bring it to life, he thought he could turn back time to Glam Rock.
The problem was, practically no one wanted it back. Because he was so damn mesmerizing his fans went along with it, some threw themselves into it and some just gritted their teeth and said "I like him anyway".

He's learned so much in the last year and has realized he was on the wrong track, he had fun, but that style was holding him back.
I'm so glad he's moving on.

Modern chic will be easier for more people to accept. 2012 is going to move him up into the ranks of a contender! For all those who wisely said he needed to appeal to a mainstream audience, well, he's on his way! He won't be expected to dress like everyone else, everyone knows he's an original. He's just leaving behind
"camp", outrageously overdone and tacky. It's your move now Adam and it's a wise one.

Anonymous said...

GNT was big show. It was about Adam and his Glam design outfits!!! Can't imagine Adam in his blue "high taste" shoes or his latest very formal dress code singing "Voodoo", "Fever" or "Strut"

Anonymous said...

Seems like Adam is loosing his fireworks imagination and becoming boring "Modern chic" snob

Anonymous said...

I DON'T CARE WHAT HE WEARS . . I JUST WANT TO HEAR THAT VOICE!!!

Anonymous said...

Sorry again. I meant "Adam would make a lot of MONEY if he put his clothes on ebay"

I just go with the flow. Fashion is fun, not rocket science ,and always evolving. Adam is always interesting no matter what terms you use to desribe his look at any particular moment.

Anonymous said...

7:41-well done, you said it perfectly!!!

Anonymous said...

He looked pretty darn good singing his GNT songs in Moscow in black tee and black pants. He doesn't need feathers. I think he looked sexier in that outfit than in any other. He looked rock!

As far as the blue "glow in the dark" shoes they were for fun and to incite conversation, which they did. They were horrible and funny.
He's always going to try to shake things up...it's just his nature.

Oh....and I'm 7:41 PM....I was so busy being "wordy" I forgot my tag.

Glam singer without "glam" Never heard about it.

Anonymous said...

Please Adam ,don't change your glam rock look.I love he's amas style from face to he's feet,it was awesome.

Anonymous said...

@8:50PM Unfortunately, we can't do anything. Adam always followes his own directions and doesn't care about anybodies' advise or opinoin. Let's wait. Hopefully, time will change his mood.
@JAK Yes, Adam performance in Moscow was great. But it was just a concert. But GNT was one of the biggest entertainment show of 2010! I think this is the big difference between the show and concert. You have to be theatrical to entertain.

Anonymous said...

Adam says that he is learning that 'less is more', as opposed to his former standard comment of 'more is more'. Well, we all know that Adam will never be boring so not to worry about this change in style. He will always be fashion forward and I'm sure we will love it -- just like the new album!

Anonymous said...

So, did anybody heard about pink tie? X-Factor on Finland! Are you gonna buy it?

Anonymous said...

I don't think we need worry that Adam won't be theatrical for his next tour. He's the epitome of theatrics. I'm sure his mind is aleady churning with ideas of how to present himself with the new album songs. He's a natural.

I myself prefer a singer and a mic, no dancers, no costumes, just Adam pacing and dancing to the music, no choreography. My favorite of his performances was the I Heart Radio vids. He danced and indulged in his gasp producing body rolls and bantered with the audience.....but as we all know, he's gonna do whatever he wants and we'll instantly be stunned or we'll learn to love it. No one makes up his mind for him, but Adam M. Lambert!

It appears it's his choice to leave glam label behind...he wants to be a top 40 pop singer. I want him to do what he wants, I'll adjust! Anything to hear him sing, I'd even accept the ugly green board shorts and tank top from Miami Beach! I'm desperate for that new music.

I love this short and tank from Miami Beach! Actually these shorts aren't green. They are turquoise.
Adam looked very special and relaxing in these colors!!!!

troll, just relax maybe you can get a job undercover with the Blondes or Gareth Pugh since you seem to know so much about fashion and Adam. If you are not a troll please disregard comment.

I agree with you. I much prefer the way his style is evolving now. Whilst I loved the GNT and enjoyed the clothes, it certainly wasn't my favourite look for him, and I agree that I think it put off many potential fans.
His look in Moscow and St Agathe, even the EMA's were just perfect. He will always be glam, not neccessarily with glitz and glitter, but in his styling, his clothes, the way he carrys himself, his presence.

No matter how ADAM evolves or presents himself I'll always be one of his 'Glamberts' ... the name suits his fans Perfectly!! So what if he no longer leans toward the 'glam rock' days of the 70's ... ADAM is still Glamorous & his name is still LAMBERT .. thus ... the 'moniker' Glambert for his fans. I LIKE IT!!

tess4ADAM (Lambert Outlaw) Forever a Glambert

Anonymous said...

I agree with you tess4ADAM.

Glamberts Go Bragh !

Just to borrow a bit from the Irish rallying cry or toast "Erin Go Bragh" usually translated Ireland Forever! That's pronounced braw or brawk.

Adam can't help being glamorous, he was "Born That Way" !! so "The
Glambert" suits him and Glamberts suit us.

Glamberts Go Bragh!...Glamberts Forever!

JAK :))))))

Glitter will always be in Adams DNA! Now time for 'High Fashion' which suits Adam sooo well! He is a fashion icon genius! So darn classy! Love him!

Anonymous said...

Maybe to conquer the US Adam has had to change the glam image because the glitter and glam was just too much for them to handle. The world loved every minute but the US surely had trouble with being outside the box! Adam know what he needs to do and the glitter god will be on back burner but never lost. It's now Hello Fashion Master!

Anonymous said...

My favorite Adam "look" was his AMA outfit this year .... so chic & classy par excellence! But I also love his other "looks" .... glam, campy, rock or whatever. I never think of his "look" as being "tacky". A little less OTT eye makeup when his performs in concert would be good but that's Adam, and I love him dearly no matter what.

Anonymous said...

does adam get paid for coming to this fashion projects?

Anonymous said...

I think that no matter how Adam presents himself, he will always be regarded as "glam" and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that. I love his glam look, his high end fashion look and every other look he presents. :)

Mwah!! K said...

GLAMBERTS GO BRAGH!
ADAM & GLAMBERTS FOREVER!
I LOVE ADAM no matter what , as long as he is singing as beautiful , for the world to hear! Mwah!! K

Watched the first episode and it is a fun show to watch. Joe Zee is funny. Can see how him and Adam hit it off. Pretty sure that Adam can now afford these big designers. I hope these connections he is making in the fashion world, help him bring some of his own fashion ideas to the world.

Anon 5:07- I absolutely agree with your comments. Adam did well internationally with the look of the GNT, but certain individuals here in the USA did not like that glam, glitter over the top appearance and his actions on stage(esp. with Tommy). We may not always like the style of his clothes, the way his hair is cut or the friends he hangs out with, but Adam is never boring or uninteresting. I do like the more sophisticated, high end fashion look on Adam esp. at awards shows, but I also love to see him in jeans, t-shirt and leather jacket with very little makeup on that gorgeous face. But no matter the style, for me it's all about that stellar voice, the best in the music business today. Adam must appeal to as wide a range of people as he can get with the new single and album. Radio play and promotion of a single are the keys to its success. It must be a song that will knock people off their feet and get them talking about Adam Lambert once again. When we have all made our comments and voiced our opinions, Adam will wear exactly what he wants, ever evolving into a superstar achieving the success and fame he so deserves.

HaHaHa. The Psycho..social development of the ..Berts! Our first(?) identity crisis while entering the second stage of... something that we are going to judge in 10 (20..30?) years from now. After the mass regression to a glam state, are we evolving into... ‘easier for others to accept’? Not sure... Cheers or tears? That’s my personal crisis (since I've put dots instead of 'glam' for quite some time now). :-)
So then, out with Glam, Glitter and Glitz memberships, in with Boss, Bally and Burberry packages! ?(Where is Adam Fix when a fashion ignorant needs her? I have no idea what I’m talking about here. It took me forever to find some ‘B’ designers in order to reaffirm my updating proposal: from Grinch to Blinch.
Dog..Berts, I’m just play biting so you sit back or join in. It’s said play biting has a survival value).
Anyway, let me try to understand... you people think that Gaga is Gaga, the Queen of the Little Monsters’ Empire just because she’s a good singer and songwriter, right? Oh, I know, she's a woman, therefore allowed to be outrageous. Or, maybe, she just don't give a... monster's nail!
*
I actually think the AMAs 'controversy' helped Adam to gain international recognition more than anything else. ‘The rest of the world’ (as in the US of A is the ‘world’ and we are the ‘rest’ of it) couldn’t have missed a chance to roll its eyes at (supposed) American puritanism and/or hypocrisy, strum the cords of its own (supposed) open-mindedness and embrace some 28-year-old American prodigy. Could it?
(..still play biting...)
*
I have that pink tie!! Hm, not that one, obviously (his was actually purple).. but, hey, I’m a ..Bert, therefore a reality-warper and that's my reality!

:-)

Gaga is like Abba in the 70's. Abba was a company that built an empire and you just couldn't escape their music, especially if you lived in Scandinavia. Benny's and Björn's music writing skills were praised.

I love Adam no matter what he wheres but I will have to say when he was in Canada this last time he looked especially gorgeous in the tank top and sleevless leather jacket and his hair with the blonde tips. When he sang "Outlaws Of Love" he looked absolutely adorable. But as for me i,ll just stick to being called a Glambert because Lambert is glamerous in whatever he wears so i'll wear the name proudly.
