Roger Taylor did an interview on LA radio station today on "The Mark and Brian Show": He talks about Adam Lambert singing with them at EMA's. Roger said he was "Magnificent" among other things, and it was a "good fit" with Queen. And they "may do it again" : )

Roger Taylor is stating something that we already knew. Magnificent, spectacular, extraordinary, amaaaaazing, awesome and any other words that the thesaurus has to describe Adam and his performance with Queen. They saved the best for the last that evening and it was well worth waiting for him. I don't think Adam will tour with Queen because he has his second album coming out in 2012 along with the first single some time soon(I hope). He will need all his time and energy to promote that. Maybe he can make a guest appearance with Queen somewhere along the way if they are touring...as a surprise, the way he did on the EMAs. Adam certainly received well-deserved accolades for his performance and hopefully they will keep coming with the release of his sophomore album.

Adam should definitely tour with Queen. What better publicity could there be and what a way to triple your buying power from fans, especially new ones.
He doesn't need another tour right away to promote his album. I don't really think the GMT increased record sales all that much - everyone there was already a fan and many went to several concerts. The venues in Europe were small and didn't add that many new fans. Queen would play in arenas which is what Adam needs (and deserves) right now.

From what I hear, Queen isn't really planning a tour. But there IS the possibility that they MAY do some other gigs..maybe. So who knows..Perhaps we'll see Adam with them again! There is some (perhaps wishful) thinking that they might be asked to sing at a 2012 London Olympics ceremony, and who knows who might be invited to sing with them. ; ) Guess we'll see! Anything is possible!

Something about Queen and Adam on the same stage...MAGICAL!!!!

Clearly Roger knows Adam as the wonder he truly is. We know Adam to be a 'magnificient' entertainer and person too!
Well said Roger, who is indeed a gentlemen himself!

Queen guys seem as authentic and as nice as Adam. I love when they say he has grown up so much in the last two years since Idol. No kidding! Rock pro!

What a lovely guy Roger Taylor is. He's so down-to-earth and his praise of Adam was awesome.

I hope Marc Martel wins the tour gig with Queen. He sounds so much like Freddie and he looks as though they could be related.

GO ADAM!!! LOL!Please expalin to me why so many people are so mean to gay men and women!?!? I'm tire of hearing the words "faggot, fruit cake, and queer" I'm bi...What does that make me!?!?!?! I wish people would just leave the gay community alone! Reason for saying this... I was talking about Adam Lambert(as I always do),with my mom...My step-dad's nephew calls Adam a fruit cake... My comment to that was..."He tastes WAY better than a fruit cake! And I don't like that term. So STFU!!!"
Sorry I had to step on my soap box for a moment!>_<

YES he is magnificent...Well he's WAY more than magnificent

Very fitting words by Roger about ADAM ... I totally agree!! However .. I was a little dismayed that they followed Roger's interview with a clip of Marc Martel INSTEAD of ADAM!! I thought they should have given ADAM's VOCALS the spotlight not this other guy ... of whom I have never even heard!! This would have been the perfect opportunity for ADAM to be heard on the air!! Anyone agree with me on this?

@ Shayna

MINNIE MOUSE here..

I think you are just a few years younger than I. I am in college and many of my friends are just now truly accepting their sexuality. A lot of them were confused for years and now are at peace with who they are. If you are at peace in your heart, just pity the uninformed, ignorant or brainwashed. The truly mean people can only respect themselves if they can find someone to look down on. Some look down on other races, other religions or other people of a different sexual orientation. We, you and I, are a new generation and I look around with hope at my mixture of friends
at school and at work and think "maybe this is the start of a new civil rights movement". Don't
become bitter become determined.

Thanks to Mr. Roger Taylor for praising Adam this way. Other artists are just too insecure to acknowledge the magnificence of our Diamond Boy.

And coming from another artist with such credibility, i take his words with more meaning and sincerity. Mr. Taylor thank you so much for not denying Adam what is due him.

OT

@ Bing

Thank you for your welcome. I am actually following @JAK, I know her and love her to pieces. I was kind of hoping she was going to be
my Grandma some day. She introduced me to Adam and therefore
I know she's a smart lady. He's now my major crush!

I've lurked long enough to know you are a special lady.

Well then i have to thank @JAK for introducing you to the Greatest Vocalist of this generation! Adam is the next best thing in my life now and i don't give a damn about his sexual orientation. When friends and relatives would tease me about him being gay, i just shrug it off and don't waste my time anymore explaining to them my utmost dedication to our Diamond Boy.

That's why i envy JAK for a job well done with you. And i'm really glad to have more young ones in this site. I'm old enough to be your mom, my eldest son being 22 and youngest 20years old. I would usually get their opinions re Adam and it pays listening to their personal views.

Btw, i hope that everything is okay with JAK as i haven't heard from her as much lately. Light and love to you JAK!

MINNIE MOUSE - let us keep Adam company in his journey to the next stratosphere. A big hug to you my dear <3

Welcome, Shayna, Minnie Mouse and new ones that have joined us! It's great to have all ages, sexes, races and countries perspectives on all things Adam!He sure has made the world a smaller, better place!Missing JAK too and be proud of who you are,Shayna and this generation will bring wisdom and freedom to the past ones. People that judge a book by it's cover miss out on the richness of the pages. Their monumental loss. Bing, kind eloquent as always. :)

I've also noticed the maturity in Adam over the past two years. He's no longer the young boy, but an accomplished man. He's not as open and trusting, as he's now seen the best of people and the worst, but he seems to handle it all with intelligence and grace. He's traveled the world, met quality, smart people and has gained so much personal and professional experience. Putting the GNT together and keeping up the pace was quite an achievement along with all of the other demands. All the while he's remained the same humble, loyal, kind man that we have come to adore!
