All I can say is WOW over and over again. It was worth the painful wait watching the rest of the show to see and hear Adam. What a Voice! What an Entertainer! I want more!!!

I too am annoyed that Adam's name wasn't mentioned if not the beginning, then they could have mentioned him at the end. Maybe they did and we just didn't see it. I haven't seen the whole thing, so I don't even know. Well, word will travel fast. Those that are dissing Adam in this just haven't gotten over the AMA's and are probably listening to Susan Boyle as we speak...too bad, so sad, move over world, Adam has ARRIVED!

Don't worry even though Adam's name was not mentioned and don't blame Selena, it wasn't her decision. Media is spreding the word about Adam performing with Queen, it's their job. There's a lot of buzz already.

Our man was soooooooo great! He has the voice and everything else, and he sounded great with Queen. So proud of him, and oh how I would love to just hug him. Why would anyone think he should not have been picked to sing with Queen, when Queen picked him? He did not try to be Freddy. He sang as Adam Lambert.

Amaaaaaazing!!! Adam just blew everyone else away with his performance. And, no, he wasn't trying to replace Freddie Mercury. Adam is Adam with the best voice in the business today. And he proved it with Queen. He must have felt so honored to be asked to perform with them and he was right in his element. He owned that stage with Brian May. It was so great to see Adam on stage again and now I can't wait for the release of his new single(hopefully this month) and then the album in 2012. Way to go Adam.

I was worried about that. Freddie was unique and irreplaceable and too many think Adam was trying to do just that. They don't or won't see that he was there to pay tribute to Freddie and the band...not take Freddie's place. I hope that many more will see that Adam is unique and sensational and

Adam was fabulous! The Freddie Mercury fans who are criticizing him (and we knew there would be some) would most likely be unhappy with anyone. No one will ever "replace" him. He was unique. I was a fan as well. Adam is not an impersonator, he is himself, a gifted singer and talented performer and I think he will be highly praised for tonight's performance by the majority of those who heard him. So proud of him!

I'm out of town, at a hotel in NYC (hubby ran the NYC Marathon today) and I was going CRAZY (-ier than usual..) because the wi-fi in our room was terrible.. Finally realized the hotel lobby had a perfect connection so was able to see and hear the performance..So there I sat, ear buds in place, grinning from ear to ear, and rocking out to Adam and Queen. (I'm sure people wondered about me..) Adam was finally able to sing "We Are The Champions" as he was meant to sing it..full out and looking like the world-wide SUPER-STAR that he is well on his way to being. So happy..

Well - now that I have watched the video over and over for the past 3 hours - there's no doubt in my mind that this performance not only honored Queen and the late Freddy Mercury, but brought the talent of Adam Lambert into many lives. I can't even think of a superlative good enough to describe it.

Adam has affected me as he always has, from the very beginning until now. I hear him sing, I watch him perform, and I am transported back in time. He, as always, has that ability to breathe life back into old songs and make us feel alive again.
And I agree, this performance tonight was not about Adam. It was paying tribute to Queen and I find myself reminiscing and searching out old Queen music videos and when it comes to Freddie, all I can say is...now I look and I find....I still love you .....

I've watched the performance so many times I've stopped counting. I've got goosebumps all over while listening and watching Adam. He was phenomenal, perfect, spot on. I believe this was his best performance ever. He completely owned the stage yet remained humble all the while honoring Queen. He is truly a class act. Could you please share with us some more of your thoughts. If you have seen his videos, could you please compare it with the actual performance. I manged to watch the last 15 mins of the show when I got up this morning. Adam with Queen, what a moment for him. He was just perfect, everything about the performance was perfect, and I have no words.

When Michael Hutchence died, there were people who dissed his replacement as the front man for INXS so I'm not surprised that this happened to Adam at the EMAs. However, Adam is not trying to be Freddie Mercury; Adam is an AWESOME singer in his OWN right and he did Queen proud - the absolute perfect fit for this momentous occasion.

He stands on his own, no introduction. (Elvis was never introduced once he made it, just walked out on stage and that presence just WHAM! Adam is the same.) Two major ironies: First, the usual haters on other sites who claim to be Queen lovers but diss Adam with homophobic comments. Don't they know that Freddie Mercury was gay? Second, kinda funny one: Adam was vilified and suffered for kissing Tommy on the AMAs. Lost appearances, etc. But the EMAs had a full-frontal naked guy come out and have a conversation with the host while casually clutching his crotch. Crowd loved it.
