Lovely...just what I needed to pep me up, since I have come to my cozy hideout to rest. Sent my honey in for a nap, he was getting crabby as he finished peeling shrimp. ( There's a joke there somewhere, but I'm too tired to hunt for it.) It's 1:45 p.m. and in only 3 hours my second shift of workers arrive. Then I turn all the work over to them (daughters and sons in law) and from then till I shoo them home by midnight I'm a guest!

I am enjoying this lovely photo of the guys and if any conspiracy theorist even dares to suggest this is photoshopped or was taken before "tiff", tired as I am I will
wallop them with my cane!

I met him at a USO dance at an Air Force base. Slow dancing music and a twirling mirrored ball sending out sparks of light in the semi dark room. I had on a dress with lots of crinolins (es?) I had sewn rhinestones scattered on the
skirt....I was shooting out some sparks myself....he didn't have a chance! ^o^

Adam's new single was for Sauli, I knew his new single would be dedicated to Sauli. Adam tweeted the added verse on twitter. Deep love can withstand any problems that come their way.

Being of Finnish heritage I grew up eating and loving rutabaga. It has a taste I cannot describe, but man is it delicious when made like mashed potatoes and then baked.YUM.

Very handsome guys. Sauli has a very winsome smile and Adam, the oooooh smile. If they stay calm, this relationship might work. Adam is explosive, dynamic but Sauli has this beautiful serenity about him. I really wish they'll be together for a very long time. But the tours and hectic schedules of both guys may be the hurdle they need to leap over, not so much the spats which are easier to overcome, but can be a catalyst. :)

The picture of Sauli and Adam together speaks of a happy holiday and all seems to be well. Merry Christmas to all and looking forward to good things in the new year for Adam and his new album. I think the single willreally take off once it gets radio play and Adam begins the promo for it and, of course, the video will only add to its popularity.

OT: How come adam's new single is #99 on U.S. Itunes? I thought it was like #31 just a few days ago? I know it's not promoted yet, but I thought all us glamberts were buying it?. We need to keep this high on the charts.

@8:29 Until the song is played on the radio and promo starts it might be hard to keep it high on the charts. A lot of people who don't follow Adam closely do not know he has a new song on itunes. Once people hear it on the radio and like or should I say love they will buy it. If you google Z100 New York Better Than I Know Myself you can listen to the song. Like it on your facebook and leave a comment. That way when the song is officially added it will be played alot.

It is #38 on itnes pop chart and #99 overall. I did expect it to drop with no airplay. I think it will rise quickly once its on the radio. Have Faith, Merry Christmas!

What a nice Xmas gift to us from Adam and Sauli, looking happy and in the Xmas spirit! Adam always the trendsetter with his rakish hat!Wonder if they sang Xmas carols and if Adam would know the words. One of Sauli's sisters sings an is on YT. Merry Christmas to all of you on 24/7 all over the world! Hope all of you and your loved ones have a happy, healthy, prosperous new year and hope we all will have alot of Adam's success to enjoy and celebrate! Thanks also to the Finnish Tradition link. My grandmother from Norway would bake a ham, serve lutefisk(not my fave as a child), pickled herring, make swedish meatballs and a grated potato casserole. We also would have her Christmas bread( Stollen), which was my favorite. To this day I can imagine the smell coming from the oven that was heavenly. She came from a small town in the upper peninsula of Michigan where the townspeople were primarily Finnish, Swedish and Norwegian. It wasn't that far from Canada and the winters were always white with snow. Hope Adam gets some snow before going back to LA. Wonder if they'll be there for New Years. I haven't heard of Adam singing anywhere. Has anyone heard anything? My ex-husbands sister lost her husband in Oct. and I'm priming her to become a Glambert.I've talked her into getting a laptop and she hasn't heard much about him, but at least thinks he's cute! A start! She hasn't a clue what kind of music he sings, so think I'll have to start her out slowly and ease her into his magnificense!My son-in-law's boss in Florida sent me the USA Today clipping, thinking I hadn't heard. Little did he know I was up all night on twitter like Glitzylady standing watch!He thinks I'm hilarious, being a Glambert! It's great to see that Adam and Sauli have patched up their differences, but I really hope they have learned through this, striking out at each other even verbally is a form of domestic violence and striking someone is only one step away from punching where someone could get seriously hurt. Adam needs to work on his temper if he really loves Sauli as I believe he does, as he is the more dominant of the two. I'd hate to see them breaking up as it's obvious they really do care a great deal to each other. I hope Adam takes this incident seriously so that they can move on from it. Wearing Xmas party hats is all very well but only time will tell as to how long this relationship will last for given what has just taken place. I wish them the best of luck and hope things settle down for them.

I was just thinking over Adam-Sauli incident. The next day when they met up again, I can just hear Sauli saying "Adam, what were you going to do with me?" Adam answered " I have know idea", and they both burst out laughing, before they hugged.

11:11 AM- yes, would not be too happy, but I have boys in their 20s and this seems mild compared to some of their 'episodes'. not proud of it, but no amount of parent counseling can prevent these types of events. Hopefully judgement improves over time.

It seems they opened the presents from the Koskinens and found some boxing gear that match their hats: Share-Your-Love punch bags, Most-Precious groin protectors (safer than codpieces), Euro-Time speed bag gloves (fingerless and rhinestoned, of course), Bloodless-Kisses mouth guards, Just-A-Human shorts, Glam-Sneak shoes and two pairs of Sweet-Touch-Of-Love full boxing gloves. Red and white all over!

I asked this question before, but never got a response. Does anyone know if Sauli and his family are Lutheran? I understand this is a popular religion in Finland. Just trying to picture what Christmas traditions they might have.

As far as the Adam and Sauli incident, I hope Adam has learnt a lesson because these incidents in many cases only stand to get worse over time not better. Even pushing someone could cause a serious injury and yes same sex couples also have problems when it comes to domestic violence. It amazes me how because Adam was responsible how everyone seems to be laughing this off, Jetlag and alcohol are just excuses for violent behaviour and Adam needs to stop making exuses and own up to this and work on it especially if he cares about his relationship, he also owes it to his fans and as a role model for the community he represents. I'm personally disappointed in him for his actions because I somehow thought he was a genuinely decent person, at 30 he needs to start acting like a responsible adult and grow up.

Anon 25 1:59 PM: Most likely Sauli and his family are Lutheran, because most Finns are. But Finns are also very secular, it's just a tradition for most. People get married in a church, babtise their children, maybe go to service at Christmas, but that's all.

So I suppose Xmas at Koskinens was very religion-free, especially because they know Adam is Jewish.

For Finns joulu is being with family, eating heavily and giving gifts, many people also go to graveyard to lit a candle for their late beloved ones. And everything happens on 24th Dec.

Every pic I have seen of Adam with fans, he seems so comfortable placing an arm around them and standing very close, except with Sauli, every pic of the two of them, there is a space between them .... it just seems odd to me considering they both have experience being in the public eye and being in front of cameras, you would think they wouldn't look so uncomfortable and would be able to easily cuddle up and take a pic together.. even in this pic, Sauli has his arm over Adam shoulder, looks like Adam hands are behind his back.
