Those EYES are so intense and MAGICAL. I am under his spell for last 2.5 years and his hold is stronger then ever.

Speaking of the Queen performance at the EMA's, it was on the Palladia cable channel tonight, Comcast for me.. No doubt it will be on again so keep your eyes open for it..It was great because I DVR'd the performance when it was first on the Spanish Language cable channel here in the US but it wasn't HD where I live..The Palladia Channel one was HD...and so recorded it again and this will be the one I keep..Seemed like a slightly different version..perhaps the "Director's cut' that we've been seeing...but included the entire medley. Anyway..just a head's up for future viewing.

It's a miracle! I looked at photo on above thread and it brought me back to life. Not easy at my age.
But it did the trick!

The aroma of bacon drifting from the kitchen helped too. We have Sunday breakfast at noon and my boytoy fixes it...a 54 year habit!
Bacon, eggs, grits, (we live in the South), biscuits, butter, jam and tea. Gotta go!

As a matter of fact the first time my great grandfather (Poppa) died it was bacon that brought him back!! Momma (his wife) couldn't wake him one morning, he was cold and white. She screamed for her oldest son to take the wagon to town and bring the preacher. She took off Poppa's nightshirt and bathed him and dressed him in his church suit. She sat in the kitchen sobbing with her apron over her head while she ordered her girls to make breakfast for the preacher. When the bacon was frying Poppa walked in the kitchen and sat down at the table. "Why aren't you dressed for church?" he asked the stunned women. He assumed
it was Sunday since he didn't have on his usual overalls. By the time the preacher got there, the kitchen was rocking with laughter.
........apparantly he'd had a mild stroke and it left no after effects at all...or else he was dead and just got hungry and came back!

I think he saw God's face and the rest of the paradise guys and thought, no, no, thouse guys are too healthy for me, so I'm going back with my girls and the bacon.
The priest must have thought it was a miracle!! See!? Not only Saints can do miracles, bacon/pigs can do it too!!:):)
I really love to read your posts and have thouse really nice "conversations" here with you. .If we could speak in person it would be awesom, too much to say, too much to listen to, I always love to talk to people "much" older than me, love the life-time stories and the life experience.Somedays you really make my day dear.Thank you for that.Good nigh.

My family were and are scattered thru Missouri,Tennessee,Kentucky and Georgia.....one or two in New Jersey, not sure how that happened!

My mother wrote her families history about 20 years ago...she had total recall and was the family historian and knew "all the good stuff". My brother printed up about 50 copies for various branches of our family tree.

Americana since mid 1700's.
