Whoa this is one of the best Adam photos I have seen, fantastic soft lighting and his ooooh face!! Trespassing is going to revolutionise pop music! Yes...and I have already heard two of the songs, both swept me off my feet! :)

BTIKM is #19 in the Best of 2011 Singles chart on the website 'we love musik'. That's pretty good for a single that's only been released so recently.

January 31st is when his single BTIKM will be heavily "impacted" (promoted) on the radio stations...according to RCA and DJ's...Its been the plan all along.

Adam will be filming his BTIKM Music Video "Early this month.." meaning any day now..and it will no doubt be ready for introduction around the same time the radio stations start to play BTIKM on a regular basis, meaning adding it to their playlists....Takes a couple of weeks to edit and finalize production..Videos are really important to get the music out there...And I can hardly wait to see this one!

Assume we will begin to see Adam make the rounds of the shows for interviews and performances soon, around the time his music video and the radio play begins in earnest. His newly configured live band is in place too..

We shouldn't worry that we haven't heard BTIKM much yet on the radio (see above..)..its coming soon...Request to hear it on your local Top 40 stations.. once a day is recommended, and not 50 times a day per caller...The station managers and DJ's don't appreciate spamming and angry callers...it happened the last time around and it didn't help...

Its all going to happen...

This sounds great. OT but I put the petition for Adam to sing the national anthem on our PFLAG Bellevue facebook page. Couldn't hurt, right? A few of you might remember when there was a petition to get the Seattle Space Needle to fly the rainbow flag for Pride Parade.(they weren't going to do it) You guys stepped up to the plate and we got it done! Just wanted to do what little I can do on this end. Everything is lining up positive for our rock star this year!

There are a couple of votes already but a lot more are needed to place Adam at the top or very highly on the "Pop Single of the Year 2011 - Your Say". The votes don't appear immediately but a short time thereafter. If you can't think of 10 songs for your list, it doesn't matter. Voting for Adam's singles is what matters! :)

Ok peeps, holiday time is behind us (busy busy time), let's get those phone calls, emails, texts in to our local top 40 and AC/HAC radio stations requesting BTIKM! AND YES, don't overdue, it actually has quite a negative effect. Once or twice a day from same #/account is good. Of course, it you have several devices in your posession/home, use all (email account, phone#, etc. :)) per day. Not good to overdue, but worse to underdo! And don't forget, "hitting" websites that mention the song is noticed too. Happy requesting Adam Nation!

I miss to hear Adam's interviews in a radio and see and hear him in TV. I mean there are lots of old interviews but need new ones!

This is an absolutely spectacular picture of Adam. It certainly warmed me up on this cold, blustery day here in northern NJ. Along with everyone else, I can't wait to see the video for BTIKM and then to see/hear Adam doing promos on all those entertainment, talk and radio shows. I think 2012 is going to be Adam Lambert's year with the release of his sophomore album and then later on tour. He has the new band assembled and I guess he is about ready to continue on his journey to super stardom. He certainly deserves it.

I wish Adam would go back to this look for a while. Just a little time to regain all the fans that love that image.It has been a looonggg time since he has had new music so maybe going back to basics would be good. I am really wanting to hear ALL the new music.

I have a feeling that Trespassing will be a great album. I liked FYE album a lot and I first thought it's not easy to top that. I like Better Than I Know Myself and I have downloaded it. At first I thought it sounded too much like many other US hit songs, but now I'm really liking it. I hope Adam will sing a song to Robbie's next album. I will buy Robbie's album anyway, with or without Adam's track.

11:40 the worry should be with songs like OOL. This kind of song will not appeal to many. Hope he understands this.

Yes-this photograph of Adam is exceptionally beautiful. There is no other word to describe it. I remember when I first saw Adam wearing this hat on Idol {I think he was backstage chatting with some of the other contestants and also later on in an interview with Kris Allen} I thought-"what a cool look-who looks this good with hat pushing back his hair?" Well he does have a beauty that penetrates the soul. No doubt about it. I have only had a response like this to very few photos of men in my life. One was an early black and white picture of Marlon Brando when he was a very young man, another was a Time or Newsweek cover of Laurence Olivier following his death-with the caption Goodnight Sweet Prince, and May the Flights of Angels Bear Thee to Your Rest....and a few pictures of Elvis in his early days. But Adam is beyond them all-----

Yes, you are right. It is all about the song. It must be radio friendly in addition to the promotion of this first single which are the keys to its success. The tv platform offers amazing coverage for the artist, but you need the right song for it to sell. Hopefully Adam has it with BTIKM. Even though OOL is a beautful, haunting,emotional ballad, I don't believe it will attract the mainstream audience. That one is for the diehard Lambert fans such as myself who believe he is just the best vocal talent in the music business today. With all the notable collabs on TRESPASSING and the positive reviews and comments of what has been heard so far, it should give Adam Lambert the success and fame he so deserves.

You may be surprised by how much YOUNG teenagers love to cry over sad love songs! Lying on their bed, hugging a pillow and dreaming of a 18 yr. old straight Adam!

One big hit from Tespassing, whatever that may be, could blow the doors open for Adam. The hit may NOT be BTIKM. It could be a song we haven't heard yet. BUT, there IS a hit somewhere on that album, to be sure. BTIKM will do very well this year; I'm sure of it. The accolades are piling up for the song and the album, and soon we'll see ADAM all over the place!

Our local Top 40 morning dj's were at the NYE party I attended at our local "tolerant" club (that's what we call it around here because the Baptists would freak if we called it a gay club). I asked them about the single and they said they haven't gotten anything sent to them to play yet. The Jan. 31st thing that 1:08 said is probably legit then. They also said they were gonna try to get him here. I about peed myself. That would be a feat due to the area having no venue big enough to hold him after this album comes out. Crossing fingers though;)

Thanks...the RS review of BTIKM from Dec. 30th was sort of dismissive of the song content and called it "formulaic pap", but also with some props for his "superhuman vocal range', although calling his higher notes "falsetto" showed a lack of knowledge of his vocal technique and training, and I really needed to respond to it...I felt the reviewer didn't do her homework very well, regarding both Adam's voice and the "substance" of the song...I suppose all are entitled to an opinion, but I felt she didn't really "get" the intensity and emotion ....I guess we all have our own take on it...I just happen to love it, and find it to be beautiful. And I don't consider it to be "pap" (a word meaning "lacking substance or value") HA!

Rolling Stone seems to have changed their tune about Adam: He's #2 on the current RS issue "Playlist.." posted today as its own thread...Very glad he was featured there...They are finally acknowledging him again...after a long drought....Good news!

@Glitzylady, Meant to compliment you on your great post on the RS thread! Well said!Glad you're allmended and back to work, getting new Adam converts!I like this pic of Adam too, less foundation and eye makeup. He looks more approachable with casual look, but he also looked so good glammed up at the Grammy awards with the lizard lapels.(Hope they weren't real lizard, tho')
