@Jadam - just what I was going to write. Loved the close-ups of Isacc and Tommy during BTIKM. That song has really grown on me. OT - Ellen has a funny yet sincere comment re: that group One Million Moms (actually only 44,000 but they rounded up - Ellens joke, not mine) on her show. Saw it over at afterelton.com under Morning Meme. If you want to laugh and be touched at the same time check it out. ... Adamluv

Lovely take on BTIKM. What a talent you are to be able to change it up and make every song you sing only get better and better. Thanks, Adam. lovya

Adam is such a precious gift to the World! He's music is amazing and the way he can change his style to perform is really amazing.

It made me giggle when he forgot the lyrics - in the middle of the song! Haha! :D

I absolutely love the way he says "thank you" for the last time. I need to listen to it again...

Happy February to all Glamberts!!

And this man is supposed to be "under the weather?" That is the most beautiful version of BTIKM that I have heard yet. His voice is "other worldly" to me. It lifts me to a place I didn't know existed....What else can I say?
Adam, I hope you are home safe and feeling better today.

Beautiful performance even though Adam sounded a bit nasal. It must be that flu bug he caught. I just loved the way he changed it up and it sounded so good. Adam just gets better and better each time you listen to him. How could anyone not like him or his music? To me, he is the best vocal talent in the music business today(along with Adele). Just clear, powerful acoustic versions of these two songs show what an amazing performer he is. Hope Adam is back in sunny Calif. and able to rest up after this promo tour and not feeling well at the end.

Ditto to all previous posts - this was SOOOO LOVELY!
Wish I had the chance to go to one of these acoustic promo sessions some day...Adam up close or even closer...*goosepumps*

Did he sing TP during this Sweden gig? Hope they post it too! Meanwhile I listen to this:

I thought he looked sick. handsome as ever, but not well. Not surprised he goofed on lyrics. As a pro he forged on. Still can't hear Tommy, he plays so hesitantly, that's got to change.
I think keyboardist is great asset. Really like Tommy's haircut.
Great camera work.

@Adamluv - well said about Ellen: "If you want to laugh and be touched at the same time..."

Just watched this - so easy to agree with her and with her values!

He can take me to another place, another time, another level. That was lovely, tender, beautiful.Words are not enough to describe what he can make you feel. As Lorraine said, that was the best version of BTIKM that I had listen, but I've said the same every time he had sang it.I almost cry when he said "you're the only thing in this world"...the way he said that...and the way he ended WWWFM. He gets into your soul and hear in a way that the only thing you can do is let him in.Love you Adam for that.

@SG Yes Adam gets right into your soul with his voice. This is my favorite so far of BTIKM. You know he will change it up so many times especially during the tour! What a gift Adam is to us all!

Adam tweeted this in response to Ellen's comments on her show:
adamlambert Adam Lambert
@TheEllenShow well said Ms. D!! Impressive. You are such an inspiration. :)

And yes, this version of BTIKM is absolutely beautiful.

JAK here...
Saw the Ellen clip...I guess I'll finally replace my disreputable dish cloths and dish towels and some ancient kitchen utensils...heading to J.C. Penney tomorrow. The One Million Moms don't speak for this mom. Shameful bullies. Whatever happened to "Live and Let Live"? Will Ellen's face on Penney's ads corrupt the morals of America? What power they must think she has.
Why has this decade spawned so many jerks? Global Warming frying brains?

@Anonymous @2:35p.m.,

I agree with you. Without a doubt Adam and Adele have the best voices in the industry today. Raw,real,melodic,beautiful.... Fortunately,Adele is getting the recognition she deserves. Adam, for some reason, has to work harder.....but his day will come...his talent cannot be denied.

It isn't my favorite performance of BTIKM. His voice sounded nasal but perhaps that's because he was coming down with that flu bug. Loved the performance of WWFM. Adam never fails to sing this song brilliantly.

Yes, I don't quite understand why Adam hasn't gotten the recognition he so deserves in the music business. His voice is spectacular as witnessed in this performance from Sweden. Even though he was under the weather, he sounds better "sick" than most singers do on a good day. What is there not to like about this man? He is articulate, smart, confident, candid and witty. The power of his voice is amazing. He is excited about life and his music and is so happy in his relationship with Sauli. If it's the gay issue that is turning people off to his music, that is sheer stupidity and ignorance. I have been a fan since day one of AI and will continue to be one of this awesome performer whose message is one of love, understanding, acceptance, and peace. Adam Lambert truly touches my heart.

OMG..this rendition of BTIKM was so unbelivably beautiful and I love the way he changed it up, as only Adam can do. I still love the upbeat version as well.

Who didn't smile when he forget the lyrics to "thanks for loving me"??? I think it's because he never really heard himself singing those words at his concerts, because the audience would always scream and applaud at that point..right? Just love our gorgeous, talented, Adam!!

OT: After the video was over, I clicked on one of the small screen videos.."Top 10 AI performances". Adam singing Mad World was #2, beating out Kelly, Carrie, Clay, Daughtry and J. Hudson. Was surprised that Haley Reinhart was #1, but she does have a good voice..

I prefer the studio version of BTIKM - adore it!!! And the video of it is superb!!!
